“Making a move from an ancestral home in the next couple of months and needed a little extra storage between the old home...and the new. In the process of signing up for a unit I was able to meet Rebekah, the Storage Mart manager at the 9815 Reddick location. She was very friendly and helpful. Felt like I was talking to an old friend. She got me squared away quickly and was even kind enough to walk me over to my new storage unit so I'd know where it is.From my experience I believe businesses are only as good as the people who run them. When viewing the current 4.9(as of May 2024) rating, I feel it is right in line with the experience I had with Rebekah this afternoon.I also feel it warrants mentioning that my first impression is...as long as she is there? I don't see that rating changing anytime soon.Finally, for some, it might be just a minor comment and for others it might be important...so I thought I would at least mention it. The office, as well as the grounds appeared to be impeccably maintained. It was just a very nice experience overall.I would recommend this location to friends and family without hesitation.”

He showed me all of my options and a small tour of the units I was able to choose from. He let me know what deals I could get with certain units and did it all in a timely manner! The units were clean and I got mine on the first floor which is so easily accessible. It also smelled really good in the office/lobby area lol, that topped it off.”
