Employees were rude.Sold my husband an already opened set of wireless earbuds. Asked for a set that wasn't opened but they said that the black pair worked just fine, except when we got home they wouldn't stay paired to his brand new phone.Nothing but hassles with them.And when we called about replacing them they said they needed to speak to their manager but they never did..just one big run around and husband is out the money

My phone stopped working the staff was RUDE and kept saying it had to be my fault after they found out my sims card was bad they charge me for it Wich would of been fine then I asked if I could use my refural bonuses I had 3 he said I didn't have any and called me a liar

Selectel has cell plans at a good value and coverage. Unfortunately their customer service needs work. I did however find a exception when I called the fremont Ne location and talked to Megan. She provided great customer service.
