Found what I wanted, where it was the last time I bought it. Didn't have to hunt for it. If it weren't for the scan n go app though, I don't think I'd like shopping at Sam's as much.

Incompetent Bakery Dept. we came in a whole week in advance, wanting to order cupcakes for our kids birthday. They said we don’t need to order so far in advance. We can do it with the 24 hours. So within 24 hours we ordered the cupcakes we needed, and now they said they couldn’t take the order in 24 hours. So we were patient enough to accommodate and say we will then order within three days as they required. On the day of pick up, they still end up, screwing up the order. Fire the whole department and hire competent employee please.

This is awful. One check out? Some of us prefer to use cash, because that works for our family. But you make it almost impossible to do that here and shopping here is dang near unbearable. No wonder more Costcos are going up in Omaha. Figure it out.

This Sam's Club is OK. Still get a lot of good deals! Pero... it is always a mess. When you get gas, it's hard to tell if an employee is walking around with a cart full of trash or a homeless person. There WILL be at least one pump out of order and you will not find out it's out of order until you pull up to it and find a 8"x11" piece of paper on the front. I suppose putting a pylon or two would be too difficult to place there?? Of course my body decides it needs to urinate after the 30 minute wait for gas. The latches were broken off EVERY stall except for 2. The 2 that actually could be locked had feces and toilet paper backed up in the bowl or/and on the seat. The handicapped stall was one that was missing the lock. My mother is in a wheelchair and there is no way she could use that stall with dignity or otherwise. Breaks my heart and makes me sick to my stomach. If anyone is still reading this, I am sorry for it's length but I haven't even STARTED shopping yet!! There are a lot of people trying to navigate huge carts through the aisles at the same time. Kids screaming. We all accept these consequences. But when I am in an aisle actually looking at an item, speaking with my wife about it, who is standing next to me and an employee pushes through the 3 ft between us and the shelves and parks his cart there and walks away, not saying a word, I kinda get a tad bit annoyed. Just saying. I'm going to fast forward to the checkout line to keep this rated PG. I'll set the scene. About 6 or 7 self checkout, 1 full service checkout lane and 1 employee monitoring all self checkout lanes. The patron in front of me was purchasing alcohol so it signaled, I guess, for the employee to come to the kiosk. The employee walked toward us, waived, then walked past us into the disgusting bathroom. We looked around and another employee was walking towards us with a cart. Ok, cool. No, not cool. She walked past us towards the bathroom too. She could've at least waived. Geez. The employee from the full service check out actually stopped her line to come verify the age of the patron in our line. Yay!! It was our turn, of course we had trouble with the scanner and UPCs not being accepted. The employee never came back from the bathroom.

Ehhhh.... It's okay. That really sums it up. Their gas lines, which is why we normally stop by, isn't terribly long so that's a bonus. They often have issues with the card readers and on multiple occasions we've had to have the employee scan her card since ours magically doesn't work. The parking lot kinda sucks with how it's laid out. Inside it's your basic Sam's Club. This location really has some quality control issues with their produce though. It also feels like they have issues keeping stuff stocked. I appreciate the family bathroom with the toddler potty though. I wish more stores still had these. It's rarely clean though so that's a bummer. Check out takes FOREVER if you need to use self check or the regular lines so do yourself a favor and use scan and go with the sam's club app. Checkout can take a long time so you've been warned. Overall If someone asks me Sam's Club vs Costco I always say Sams is like the ghetto cousin of Costco. This location really lives up to that statement.

Slipped on puddle of water. Took 15 minutes to get an employee to assist. I stood over so no one else would slip. Employee told me since I didn’t fall down, it wasn’t an accident worthy of filling out a report. I’m recovering from shoulder surgery and keeping myself from falling jarred my shoulder and it hurt. So rude. Even called the place while standing there waiting. Just rang and rang and rang.

Scan and go is just the best time saving tool available for shopping. Use the app to order a pizza while your there and pick it up as you leave

One poor woman checking the entire store out. Imagine how much more square footage would be available without all the empty checkout stands for more product.

Always BUSY and parking for disabled people are few and far between. Many people who are disabled use the handicap parking and Sam's does not monitor this. So shopping with handicap people is very disapointing.

Not quite as much variety or ease of shopping as at Costco, but it's still pretty good. Really love the scan-and-go here. No waiting in long lines!

Always enjoy this sams club. Hate that got rid of Duracell batteries. But I really like using the scan and go app so I never have to wait in line for a check out like at Costco. They always have great fruit and food. We've never had any problems. They keep it pretty clean as well. Better then. Most others I've been to across the country.

Did scan and pay, it made me go to the counter. The attendant is super super slow. Her name is Ezra. The manager should chefk her productivity. She would go at 30% the speed of the other cashiers.

I visit Sam’s Club on L Street on April 5, 2023. I walked in with my entire family we usually shop at Sam’s when it comes to large amount quantity. We came looking for roses due to Sam’s having the best and good prices. Due to a large amount of roses we purchased for my brothers funeral, we asked a male staff if there was a way to pay for the roses and if it was possible they hold our roses to make sure they stay fresh for the funeral. He said, no problem we could hold them for tomorrow April 6. There was a lady named Patty that came up to the cashier and said, we needed to take our roses out of the plastic vases from Sam’s I explained to her, I was not taking the vases we were using them only to keep the roses with water. She didn’t care at all after even taking my time to explain to her. Very bad costumer service. It’s not the first time she’s rude. She didn’t listen or even cared what we needed to say.But thank you to Andrea and the ladies in the cashier they came for the rescue to help us with the roses and making sure she listened to us and what we were trying to explained to Patty.I want her to know that she needs to learn to listen to customers and be a little more considerate of peoples feelings.-Olivia
