Sam’s new policy is for only one cashier at a time. When customers ask managers to open more lanes they say it’s the new policy, and they won’t open more lanes. As a result there is a line of 20+ people waiting for one cashier. This is a continuing and unwanted trend at Walmart and Sam’s. It definitely makes me want to shop at Costco instead.

Tried to buy a pizza from the Cafe at 330 on a Saturday afternoon. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was told they were out of pizza for the day.....
Went to Costco and had my pizza in 10 minutes.....

The rotisserie chicken!!!! Does anyone else get so sick from eating it? A few months back we bought it. Everyone threw up that night. Went again and figured I’d try it once more. They all got sick again ! It’s def the chicken. Luckily I don’t eat meat anymore so I was fine and dandy. Other than that I have no complaints and will continue to shop. Just not for rotisserie chicken ?

I was trying to buy a twin mattress that was on special, once I got into the register cashier took too long and can’t figure out! Price was coming higher, call a manager or associate, his name is Mike, he told me the special was expired, he don’t event care o tried to honor the price, if the promotion was done , tag should be removed and not trying to fool people with false advertising, I’m really disappointed.

Shopping was great, but the food area was ridiculous. No one was in a hurry to serve customers and seemed like they had no desire to even be there.

I have the experience of being happy with the great work that Mrs. Irma did at the bakery, but unfortunately just as there are good workers, there are also terrible ones like Jason (supervisor), not pleasant at all, not empathetic at all. Bad for the Sam's store on L Street as customer service that does not make me want to come back to buy.
