$16 for the cheapest one-time wash is ridiculous (I assume to push everyone to membership). They've also removed the vacuums and everything for cleaning the inside of your car.

I was customer for long time! But this place went down old equipment, bad vacuums, I started going to the new one 4730 Hamilton, but was 2 times the old equipment that have for the previous car wash, broke my rear whiper and then later on my front license plate, ending may, my car was in an accident and can’t longer take it for a wash. I went in person and explained, I asked for refund and told me to go online and I did Made few requests. Never got reply until I tried for the last time, and final we started a conversation, but things went down and I decided to end my business with them, if they don’t care for their customers. I will take my business we’re they care about customers. They should hire a better manager, or give a better training!
I’m really disappointed after all.

Manager (I think) was very helpful! He noticed I was trying to scrub window paint off my car and came over with Windex and a razor and helped me get it off in no time. Very friendly.

Disappointed!! they’re kinda shady with their pricing and membership, sadly I enjoyed my experience! But they essentially pressure you into a membership, told me it was only a set price per month, I chose $15.99 only to then be charged $40 the next months. Customer service is non existent— no one picks up the line. Just be frank about your prices and make sure employees are properly communicating that to folks.

Freddy did a great job explaining all the stations and offering me the Membership hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while too bad I don’t live in Omaha!! The whole time I could hear music coming from the tunnel where Adrian was having fun and loading in the cars in the bay. I was able to come back around a second time because I had a lot of bugs

Exact reason I never wanted a membership. Told me the price i paid for my wash would be the price per month for 3 months . First bill was for $48. Im done.
