I was signed up for a credit card here without my knowledge. The credit card was racked up with random fraudulent charges and late fees. All over a $5 purchase. When I brang this up to the CC company they were very rude and unhelpful and demanded payment of $85. Had I known a $5 shirt would end up costing me $85 and wrecking my credit I would have never visited this store. I will be filing a lawsuit again this company for illegally signing me up for a credit card.

I would not go back to rue21 in Westroads Mall. Last time I was there there was a belligerent manager and a bad mouth employee. I would highly suggest shopping elsewhere unless you want to be accused of something that you have not done.

We found matching flannel pajamas, nice tall heeled boots for my sister and joggers for my brother. We spent enough that I got the graphic tee (betty boop) for free.

The employees are very snotty.They have an cocky attitude with you right away. When it comes to their discounts or coupons they are very rude and obnoxious when you don't understand any other discounts that are they're having. They want your driver license, so security number, that your email address, your phone number, and your income that you make a year, just so you you can have 10% off off next purchase. ?♀️
