I heard of Royal Auto Sales through a friend. I’m happy I considered checking out his lot, the car I picked is very reliable! Joe was so helpful with all my questions and needs and his prices are fair, I highly recommend!

The past 8 months I have been dealing with them has been horrible the first card he sold me engine went out and had to be replaced so I was without a car for a month before they decided to put me in something else because they did not want to give me my money back and thus second vehicle has been nothing but problem and constantly having to fix things so I went back to take the car back and see if I can get a refund for at least my down payment was told I would have to speak with the owner to get a refund but would not give owners hours for when he would be there or his phone number so I have had to call everyday to see if the owner is in to talk with him which is very unprofessional would never buy a vehicle from them again horrible service and does not care about the customer to help in a way that was reasonable

This place was ok until my friend who got a car from them didn't get off work til 6 but they closed at 5 and her payment was due that day so she called and called and no answering machine. So she could let them know she would be there first thing in morn but by the time the morning came they already towed her car and took it to council bluffs Iowa. Also they charged her 200 for the tow and storage fee.

I had got a car from them September 1st 2022 and they gave me the tag like normal dealerships do so they are legal until title comes well it’s now October my tag is expired no title comes to find out it wasn’t even in their name yet so had to wait longer got told they mail it to me and call me, I mention it is not legal to drive as the tag is now over a month expired and they just said oh it’s fine, I said I am not making a further payment until I get title so now it’s December still no title so can’t drive it haven’t since October. Then they repo saying I haven’t made payment. Bad company bad everything. Cant even give title and except people to pay for a car they can’t legally drive

I recommend this place to buy your next vehicle from the car salesman Joe is nice and very funny he was patient he didnt try to press the issue as far as not trying to force me to buy a vehicle. He was willing to check out the vehicle before purchasing unlike others they wanna just put you in something without checking it out. I saw something I was interested in. I bought the vehicle and I must say I really like it. Thanks Joe

Small place. Friendly staff. Low overhead. Good selection. Joe happily moves on price while telling great stories. The only reason not to buy here is if they don't have the model you want on the lot.

Bought a car and after signing the paper work, driving it off the lot it wouldn't stop hitting the brakes going on to L street. Had to return the car and lost down payment, not without a fight from the owner!! Also, will speak in Itilian when they don't want you know what's going on.
