My five-year-old really wanted to get her ears pierced, but she was very nervous. All of the staff was incredibly kind to us and Chloe (the piercer) was so patient and caring. The experience was as positive as it possibly could be! Ultimately my daughter did decide to get it done and two piercers helped so she could get both ears done at the same time. They were so quick that my daughter didn't even cry! Definitely a core memory for both of us and I am so thankful that we found Rowan to have such a great experience!

Great place and experience! Usually a fainter, so they moved me to the chair that leans back. Accommodating to the fear - turned the chair around, didn’t count down. Very respectful and understanding. Thank you!

What a great experience! Our 5 year old wanted her ears pierced for her birthday and I could not have asked for a better outcome. The team was welcoming, they had a non-overwhelming selection of earrings for her to choose from. Our nurse listened to our concerns about placement and she worked with us until they were just right! They were able to pierce both lives at the same time, she didn’t even flinch!

Shawn and the entire team at Rowan are amazing! Never had gotten a piercing from somewhere other than a tattoo shop and was amazed at how well it turned out. All of the nurses knew what they were doing, helped me find amazing jewelry, and talked me through the process. Have stopped in a few times after my initial piercing just to find new jewelry and bring friends to check it out. Every time I’m in there, it’s super well organized and each and every person has welcomed me in and gave amazing advice and even recommended different piercings to fit different ear types. Much love to this entire store ❤️❤️❤️

I love Rowan. I got second piercings in both ears & they look great. It’s a great environment in the store, the associates are super nice and professional, it’s very clean & well lit. I’ve been wanting to do this for years but didn’t feel like going to a tattoo/piercing place. As soon as I walked by Rowan’s storefront I walked right in & made an appointment!

Wonderful experience. Extremely clean environment with educated nurses performing the piercing. Everything was explained before my ears were pierced.

Great staff and well worth going here, especially if you are getting cartilage pierced. I appreciated the time they took to discuss their process and availability if I have concerns or complications. The staff is friendly and service is impeccable.
