Pleassse do not wash your car here I use to be the assistant manager this place is a complete scam! On the outside they’ll put on a nice smile but, on the inside it’s a dirty corporation. You wonder why your car do not come out clean?? I’ve seen these people speed the wash up so they’re washing more cars at a higher rate vs making sure the quality is right per car do not wash your car here. If your car gets damaged they also teach us to try and make it the customer fault as best as possible. If your a salesman go somewhere else and work for a corporation that actually care about you they raised the prices on memberships but, lowered commission. And last but, not least DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP they’ll purposely lead you on and ignore your calls to try and get you to at least pay one month full price before canceling it. (Some ppl still can’t get in touch and the company continues charging there cards)The GM here Austin is a terrible worker I don’t understand how he got the position all he does is sits around and vape all day.. Just shows you the company don’t care about the inside image.. The workers hate working for him

Asked the workers to turn off the dryers at the end because they will break most truck bed covers. The worker said he would turn it off and he didn’t and it broke the truck bed cover and they won’t cover it from their own employees being untrained. Do your best to try a different car wash.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT make the same mistake I did by signing up for the $10 for the first month of unlimited carwashes. Because if you forget to cancel the next month and are charged, YOU WON'T GET A REFUND, regardless if you use the service or not. Then when you call to cancel you are denied a refund even though it was an honest mistake that you forgot to cancel. Then you keep trying to call to get your money back you are hung up on every single time. And when you do reach someone the girl at customer service says that "you will not be getting a refund" and "you will continue to be hung up on." This company is unprofessional because they ademently refuse to refund for a service not used which is honestly theft. Spouting the terms and condition you signed waves a right to a refund, “I will not receive a refund for any partial of unused month of service.” I have never had dealt with a supposed business that shows zero remorse for an honest mistake. Don't make the mistake I did by not reading all of the terms. They're worded to trap you so they don't have to refund you. They told me I could dispute the charge through my bank but that they would not be refunding me, even though they're the ones that charged me. That is 100% unacceptable and it's theft. Plus there car wash facilities suck, you'd be better off washing your car yourself because you'd have to go numerous times and that wouldn't even get all the debris off. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Terrible! Took 3 to 4 min just to get the attention of the attendant to pay for the wash. Go through and the back of my car is still dirty as all hell. I'm glad they have free vacuums because that's where you'll be cleaning your car, because the wash failed to do so.

MY MAIN MAN AUSTIN. Austin needs a raise. Austin went above and beyond during my visit at the Stony Brook location. Locked my keys inside my car and austin helped out NOT ONLY TO UNLOCK MY CAR BUT BY ALSO ASKING A REGULAR IF HE COULD HELP OUT TOO! Austin brother thank you again much appreciated. Will never forget. Y’all better be taking care of Austin!! Great employee even better human being??

Great site, super friendly staff. You are able to use any of their locations with the membership, however I only come to this one solely for the staff. Props to the management team and keep up the good work!

Great management, Austin and Jude were so helpful and knowledgable. They were able to answer all of my questions and make it a great experience. Would recommend to anyone!! They even let me take a goofy picture of them for the review!!

This company has gone to complete trash. They treat their employees horribly and fire them before they offer any warnings or help by correcting them and making them better. Save your time and money and take it to a wash that actually supports their staff unlike their head manager Mark

Awesome car wash, friendly employees, good cleaning products, bottomless clean rags, excellent vacuums. The monthly subscription is worth every penny.
