This car wash is the worst car wash I have ever been to. The worst customer service. And the worst management ever. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone!

Workers are great. The location on 90th is great. However, it seems like Corporate has forgotten about this location. The parking lot is trash. Pot holes all over, especially right when you come out of the carwash. It fills with water after it rains. The solution? Fill the holes with rocks. Unacceptable for how much this location is busy and the people that have memberships. Next closest location...168th and maple. Rocket Car Wash company should be ashamed of how they have forgotten about this place but continue to build more locations. How about fix the locations you have? We need more customers to speak up so this place can be fixed. I would rather this place be closed for a week or 2 for renovation and come back better than ever. If there isn't work on it soon I'll be canceling my membership.

Don't even have to talk to anyone if you have a membership. Cameras just scan your sticker and you are good to go. Conveyer belt is a lit easier to maneuver than the usual track style. Lots of bays to vacuum and dry your vehicle afterwards

It would be much much better if this location fixes the whole parking as it has lot of wholes and it's temporarily covered with rocks and gravel. All employees are wonderful and helpful.

They charge me 40 for no reason and won’t give my refund back, every time I call them they don’t answer or the manager is not “there”.

SCRATCHED CAR!!
Absolutely awful. I would give negative stars if I could. There is absolutely nothing this place does right. Wash left a massive patch of scratches that are not buffing out (see photos) Employess are rude, guy running the hose at the start of the wash was yelling "what the f_" over and over at the car in front of me. He should absolutely not be in a customer facing environment. The wash will clean about 60% of your car and leave dirt on the rest.
This place should absolutely not be in business.

90th location has has the nastiest pot holes.the workers are awesome...FIX THE PARKING LOT!!!!!
