I started tennis back up after quite a few years of not playing and wanted to invest in a new racket. I decided to try racquet corner out after reading that I could borrow rackets to try them out before buying. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, asking me questions to figure out which racket would best suit me. I tried two rackets and loved one. Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or rushed to buy anything either-they always said they could just re-string my current one if I found I liked my current one the best, which I really appreciated. A few weeks later, I walked out with a great new racket that I am very happy with!

One of my favorite stores in Lincoln. Fantastic customer service and expertise you can’t find at a bigger store. Excellent selection. Right next to woods tennis center.

I stopped going to the Racquet Corner because the owner’s opinion is so strong it overrides what the customer wants. Twice I walked out of the store after being told what I wanted was wrong. Ok, I’ll take my money to another, BETTER, establishment around the corner who will actually listen to what the customer wants. My review is purely based upon service, not merchandise.

Joe is an expert "chef" when it comes to restringing. He explained that restringing someone's tennis racquet is like preparing a meal for them, and he wanted to know my tennis tastes. He has always gotten the appropriate gauge and tension. I also recommend Racquet Corner for all your material needs, whether it's racquets, balls, or gear. Thank you Joe!

Racquet corner is the best racquet store I’ve been to. Joe is one awesome guy and he is extremely knowledgeable. I went in to get my badminton racquet restrung and he asked me questions regarding my game to get a better idea of what I really wanted. And he made a note of all the details so that the next time I go in, he would know exactly what I want. Great service, great guy, great store!

I'm not usually one to review but I just must share the incredible customer service at this location. I was a newbie to tennis at 40 and after a bit of break back at 45. I was impressed then and continue to be pleased. The knowledge and patience (I tend to be a talker) goes well above today's standard. I'm always a bit timid speaking about things I'm not 100% sure about, Joe and staff are like an in person tennis for dummies. They never make me feel d*** but do help me not make d*** decisions. All the while never attempting to sell me up on anything I don't need. If all customer service businesses would follow this model I'd probably enjoy shopping more. If you're new to tennis and don't feel comfortable talking the equipment but want to learn about it, this is your spot. Chain stores may seem less intimidating but you'll probably be buying things you don't need or won't help. Give it a shot. I highly doubt you'll be less than impressed.

Whether you are a serious or recreational tennis player, I would highly recommend visiting racquet corner to help you improve your game. There is so much nuance to finding a racquet and string setup that fits, and Joe and their entire staff are extremely knowledgeable to guide you through the process. He sincerely wants to help you find a racquet that suits your game even if it is the racquet you have been playing with. Before you make a purchase, he will have you demo a racquet for free for up to a week to ensure you are making a sound investment!
