Told me he was going to pick up my TV on 10/8/18 or 10/9/18. I’ve waited at home all day both days and he never showed. My husband text him and he was completely rude and told my husband it would be next week before he could even come and assess it to see if it could be fixed. He never called to reschedule. He never once said anything to me while on the phone with me about having to get a “mileage pass” to even come look at the tv. Then told my husband he has already ordered parts when he hasn’t even looked at my TV yet.
