The website and materials should clarify that you have to create an account before you can schedule an appointment.I was trying to schedule using the continue as guest option. While it takes you through to the locations and shows times, you can't select anything. I assumed maybe the slots were filled or something, so I decided to walk in.When I did, the room was full and there were 9 people on the wait-list ahead of me.I tried to schedule a time again using the kiosk, but nowhere does it say you have to create an account to do so.I didn't figure this out until 45 minutes later. By that time, the next appointment was an hour and a half.Create the account and save yourself some time. Scheduled appointments are given priority.This place doesn't have the manpower to service people in a timely manner. They may want to consider working with their clients better to know when they are going to have an influx of people. They should get more locations with more staff.

Scheduled an appointment at 2:10. I showed up and checked in at 1:55. There were about 20 people in this closet sized waiting room so I decided to go to my car. The tablet said to be back in time at 2:10 for my appointment. I show up at 2:08 and watch everyone that was in that room go in and out. I watched as new people showed up and were helped right away. Some troll looking person asked me if I had checked in and I said yeah my appointment was supposed to be at 2:10. She said "are you so and so?" and I said "yes" then she said "I called your name 3 times" and closes the door on me. Everyone in the waiting room laughed because it wasn't true. I hear her mispronounce my name super loud when she closed the door. When the first time she said it correctly. I finally got my test at 2:38 and was out in a few minutes. Extremely rude service especially when I was being very polite and sat there waiting. I couldn't believe it and I'd rather pay to go anywhere else than have this free terrible service.

The waiting room was fairly small but I think that's my only complaint? I had an appointment and even though the place was clearly busy I was in and out on 15 minutes. The check in is automated and the phlebotomist who drew my blood was incredibly friendly. I've been to bad Quests before with higher ratings so it's a shame this one is scored so low.

I don’t understand why this place is so busy and the appointment schedule is a joke honestly expect to wait atleast 30min to 40 min even if you have an appointment. If you’re a walk in just forget about it and do yourself a favor and walk in at ARCpoint labs of Omaha it’s much more swift and the appointment time is in order. Never going to this location again

Check-in system on arrival is fully automated and very easy and fast to use. The staff I encountered were very friendly and efficient. I was a bit apprehensive due to the reviews here, but I had a good experience and would definitely visit again.

Check-in is self-service. The negative of this is that I was not informed they were running behind schedule. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time but waited 45 minutes to get called back for the blood draw. I had blood drawn at a hospital a few weeks ago and it was far more efficient than at Quest.

I’ve been here a couple times to have blood drawn for lab tests and the staff are always super quick, friendly to chat with, and do a great job! It’s easy to schedule a time online beforehand and then you just check in on arrival and go right in for your appointment, I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to get in that way. Thanks!

Could not get the automated system to schedule appointment because recording kept skipping the information. No one available to take calls. Horrible service and experience.

If I could rate this clinic zero stars I would. Their staff have the absolute worst attitudes and customer service I have ever experienced in my life, coming from a healthcare worker who also works in a lab setting. Patients are not their first priority and their main concerns are clocking out at the end of their shift right at closing time. They refuse patients service, and they're annoyed at the fact you walk in 20 minutes to closing time refusing to understand you made a commute from another city to come take this test. You ask for their supervisors name and number because you want to report their disgusting behavior towards you, instead they call and tell their supervisor that you're screaming at them and won't leave and they're going to call the police to escort you out. I took off an afternoon of work to complete pre-employment responsibilities to get denied when it's THEIR job to take patients until close and they refused service 20 minutes before close. Not to mention they asked who I am getting a job through (I tell them, thinking they're actually going to help me at this point) then they're threatening to call my employer and tarnish and jeopardize my career when I haven't even started there yet. Norma and Vicki need a different profession, healthcare is not their calling. Their behavior was beyond petty and the most childish and negative experience I've ever been through. It was not my choice to use this lab, but -0/10 do not recommend 10020 Nicolas St. Quest Diagnostics Omaha, NE 68114.

Do not use the automated phone system to book your appointment!! Even though it will give you a confirmation number it DOES NOT reserve the time or date you requested!! You need to book online and receive a 2d scan code that will allow you to enter the facility for your appointment. The people who work there are not friendly, patient, or helpful. The waiting room is small and doesn't accommodate very many people. Walk-in appointments can forget it!!!

Super frustrating experience here. I was the first one here during “walk in hours” and was told that I needed to make an appointment to walk in. What?I was also told the next available appointment was in 30 minutes as there were other people who had appts in 10 min. Well….I’m sitting here waiting for my appt while I watch the lab tech drink coffee. In the amount of time I’ve sat here waiting she could have taken my lab draw.Why do they have walk in hours???
