OTR: Not 24/7. No o/n parking. Loves 1 mile away with Scale. Plenty space for maneuvering. Have an appointment set, follow time. Heavy. Must have straps or liad bars. In & out.

I would never use this company for the sole reason one of their Reps, Patrick Lerdahl, being all over Facebook bashing local restaurant businesses for sport just to tear them down...seems counterintuitive for a company that supposedly is a supplier for many of these businesses...unfortunately, your employees are a direct representation of your company..Cheers!

Our company never informed us that we need to schedule an appointment outside our original appointment.When we (5 other drivers), checked the availability for delivery (as all of us were supposed to deliver 'that' day), it said they don't have an open slot for the next 3 days.Hope I never have to deliver to this company in the future as this is a major fail of their companies scheduling team (not the locations fault of/for implementing a new policy that doesn't flow down to the drlivery drivers).

Do not accept loads to this facility they only work 6 hours for receiving 5am to 11am and will not budge one minute past that. Receiving manager had no manners whatsoever. was told by broker they received from 5:00 a.m. to 1 pm got in a 1130am they would not take me and made me wait till the following day arrived at 8am took3 hours to get the truck unloaded

Got me unloaded in about 15 minutes (second delivery for that load). Very quick and and out and friendly staff.

I think most of the negative reviews are brought on by how you present yourself. It’s a FCFS delivery. 5 am-11 am. I arrived 4:45 am first truck. I was in a door at 5 and pulling out at 5:20. I only had 9 pallets so I’m sure that had a lot to do with the quick in and out. I saw no bad attitudes like some of the comments stated. Very courteous and professional. Thank you Premier for getting me out and on my way in a timely manner. ? ??

I would give them negative stars if it were possible! All employees I encountered were rude and had the I hate this job/place face on! No order in receiving department whatsoever and they don't care about the truckers time/schedule at all. One of the worst places I've experienced as a truck driver.
