Charged me over $1000 to replace a few rollers and a spring. No new door, no new opener, just spring and rollers that took about 10 minutes to do. And they didn't even do that right. One roller was put in the wrong spot and was trying to push apart 2 panels in the door before I fortunately saw it and fixed it myself. Another one was bent within a week because it wasn't tightened all the way.
Only reason I gave them 2 stars is they showed up quickly. Would not recommend.

Very friendly and very reliable company. My garage door broke on July 4th, a day where very few people work. But we called Precision and they sent someone out within a couple of hours to assess and give us a quote.
They showed up on time, took a look, and walked us through our options. When I asked when they thought they could do the full replacement (thinking it would be a couple weeks), they said they could come out tomorrow and get it done.
They came out first thing in the morning and got it done by mid-day. The garage door works well and looks good, and their efficiency and customer service was top tier. I recommend.

I called Precision Garage Door Services for an estimate on repairs, as their website mentioned they offer free repair estimates. Patrick, the technician, arrived the same day, just a few hours after my call. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I greatly valued and appreciated his upfront and honest advice and recommendations. It was clear that he genuinely wanted what was best for us. Additionally, he tightened the sides of our door track at no extra charge. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, especially Patrick, to anyone in need of garage door services!

Patrick replaced our broken cable, adjusted the springs, and gave the door a general checkup. He did a nice job of explaining the needed repair, including the pros and cons of various options. He also pointed out some issues that we may want to watch in the future. The staff at Precision was pleasant and professional, and they kept us informed of the status of our appointment.

Last Friday our old garage door didn't work anymore, called a local company for repair service and same day a service tech came but told us it's not fixable.We weren't upset and asked for an estimate on a new door and time of instalation .
We got some approximate numbers from service tech but sales tech never got back with us.
We contacted several other companies and Precision garage door service was the fastest to respond. A sales tech came on Saturday showed us what doors are in stock , said instalation can be done right that following Monday and wrote out a proposal which we accepted. Today Monday 3 techs came around noon and 1 1/2 hours later we had a new funktening garage door.
5 star any day, we'll done. ?
