Commercial lane moving incredibly slow today. Waited in line for 15 min. Waited at the window for another 15 min. Running the deposit to the bank should never take this long. I have so much to get done at work and this was not in my plans. Other employees around but nobody stepping in to help a new employee working to get things sped up for the line in the drive thru.

Worst customer service I have ever gotten, anywhere! Majority of staff seems to not be particularly well trained. It takes me 10 minutes to make a simple commercial deposit, and I'm first in line. You couldn't pay me to bank at Pinnacle, but my employer uses your bank, and I have to make deposits. I would give you zero stars if I could. How DO you stay in business? It's now 2 weeks later since I made my initial one star review. Service in the commercial lane at the drive thru is much improved. The tellers are quick and responsive. I have not seen the "problem" teller which I had such difficulties with.Thank you for taking my original review to heart and making some much needed changes. I wanted you and your others customers to know this.

I was overdrawn and hit with fees, I called in a few minutes before closing, and the manager Krista immediately removed the overdraft fees, wished me a early happy birthday but most importantly she had a great attitude was incredibly positive and sincere, she knew the annoyance of those fees! Took care of it that minute, and I was able to finish enjoying my day!!! Thank you for not being the typical angry annoyed manager it genuinely sounded like you cared and it makes a difference!!

Not appreciating the customer service I received today. I called and asked if the office was open at 8:30 to get a print out of 60 days of deposits and was told they were open. Got there at 8:45 and was told only the tellers were available and no one could print me off the statement until 9am...which was when I needed it by. Then called and talked to Atram to get one emailed and she told me what my last deposit was and that was 'all she could see'. I told her I had like 20 in the last 60 days and she complained about me wanting to read them out loud to her. She wasn't listening and after calling a second time over an hour later after not getting them emailed to my confirmed email address I still don't have them and the branch is closed!!!
