Michaela and Kristen were fantastic to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend Physicians Thrive to any of my colleagues in medicine. In particular, contract and financial review were incredibly valuable as a fellow signing for their first job. They were friendly, professional, timely, and transparent through the entire process of contract review. After a miserable experience and waste of money with a different company for contract review and negotiation, I planned to review the rest of my offers by myself. Thank goodness a friend recommended Physicians Thrive, because they caught some language in the fine print that the other company missed and would have been devastating had I signed. Dave and Kristen were fantastic to work with, being well-prepared, professional, and knowledgeable. They even equipped me with the information and language to obtain the best contract possible. Best money I've spent in some time. Michaela and Steve have been quite responsive, thorough, and caring. It is both relieving and confidence building to know that they are on "my side," given the power dynamics involved in contract negotiation. I loved the experience with Physician thrive. They were quick and responsive in reviewing my contract and prompt with setting up appointments to discuss the contract details. Dave Swan was amazing in reviewing all the financial aspects of the contract and offered valuable suggestions, including latest MGMA data. I spoke with him multiple times and was very easy to reach out to. I spoke with a different person (contract attorney) for the legal aspects of the contract and that too was good enough in terms of suggestions over language of contract. Everything was complete within 1 week. Overall, I highly recommend Physician Thrive, especially Dave Swan.

I had a good experience with Michaela at Physicians Thrive. Coming out of residency it was very helpful to have access to MGMA and other benchmarks, and to benefit from their structured approach of evaluating offers. The flat fee structure takes the stress away from wondering how many billable hours this is going to be. The financial review was even more helpful than the legal review, though both were a necessary part of due diligence.

Physicians Thrive is an excellent organization that has provided prompt, outstanding service to me on multiple contracts. Rates are reasonable, and I appreciate how much time I saved compared to calling up lawyers myself. I remain thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received and plan to use them any time I have a new contract in the foreseeable future.
