“We realized we needed boots for our dog a day or two after the rest of Omaha realized the need. Thus, all the big box stores were out of dog boots. We called around, and the team at Long Dog Fat Cat was fantastic. They let us know what they had, made sure they fit our dog, and held them for us as we drove across town to buy them. The store has a ton of great items for your furry housemate. And, bringing your dog in is welcomed. We found some nice treats and our dog boots. We were able to hit the dog park for a play date properly protected from the elements. We ended up going to 2 Long Dog Fat Cat stores during our search, and the staff at both were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them for your pet needs!”
“I am not on social media but, felt compelled to share my story. Recently my 21 year old cat, Senorita, became sightless. It has been a difficult transition for us. I sometimes thought she would give up on life. I had to go out of town so she spent 2 weeks at the Grand Feline Spa and Hotel. I was very worried because it would be her first stay there sightless. The staff assured me things would be fine as they have worked with sightless cats. I did order massages for her to help keep her calm. I observed her through the in room camera. She seemed to adjust well to her new surroundings. The staff had placed everything where she could find it. They also repeatedly sprayed feliway on her bedding. After I picked her up I read the daily journal and she had eaten her food and all other activities were normal!! We flew to Arizona and I made an area for her like her room at the Grand Feline. Senorita's transition to Arizona has been seamless. No yowling, no confusion and she is eating all her food. I am very grateful to the staff for taking such great care of my Senorita. I must also thank the staff for showing me how to better take care of a sightless cat. They are real pros and so very caring. Senorita is comfy in Arizona and, i am happy for her. I highly recommend the Grand Feline Hotel & Spa.”
“The fish and reptile set ups are absolutely stunning and this place has everything I ever would need for my reptiles. Their cork wood section had exactly what I needed and I will be shopping here for more stuff for my tank set ups. I love that the reptiles have pictures and you know what is in there and you can see they are well cared for. Definitely in my top 2 pet shops in Omaha and will always shop here. If I could set up a fish tank this place would run my wallet dry. Anyone looking to get fish or reptiles & supplies I will be recommending here :) Beautiful store!”
“We bring both our dogs to get groomed here. Luke here was groomed yesterday and I'm always so happy with the results. His fur is evenly cut which hasn't been the case with a professional dog groomer we used to take him to. I love how they decided to file his nails a bit too, along with the nail trim. And they added a cute yellow bandana on him that looks adorable. And the prices are hard to beat. I really love how these groomers genuinely care and take their time vs other groomers.”

“I’ve had the most amazing experience here! My boyfriend and I randomly walked in one day to buy some stuff, Justin then proceeded to hook us up with a super cool puppy kit, I genuinely think he was more excited to give us free stuff than we were to get free things. I’ve since sent 2 of my friends with puppies in and they’ve had wonderful experiences as well. Every time I’ve been in Justin has been absolutely wonderful, and is very knowledgeable about every product in the store. If I could leave a higher review I absolutely would!”

“Book Kelly for your grooming - especially for non-shedding dogs that require a breed-specific cut . I’ve been postponing this review for months to ensure I can still get appointments with her - she does exactly what I ask for with my miniature schnauzer and spends the necessary time combing out knots that I assume most groomers would shave off (I’ve gone to private groomers for years and have been delighted by the online booking option at this location)
Kelly comes off as the “lead” groomer but I certainly have never had an interaction with the others groomers that I didn’t enjoy. They all come across to care about doing a great job.”

“We adopted a cat from NALA through Petsmart. They ran out of adoption coupon books, so they ended up giving us a complimentary bag of food. The employees and volunteers kept the cat area clean. It's not great to see them in such small spaces, but they are doing what they can to get those babies adopted <3 If you are looking for a cat I would definitely check it out.”
“We stopped in for the first time with our two Yorkie’s, Magnolia Mae and Elroy j. Boy did they ever like walking around the aisles smelling all those good things. Then they met Duncan and you would have thought he was a long lost relative. The were in heaven with their.new best bud. Then we met Ayla, who was Duncan’s owner but she also worked there. She showed us around, told us what Duncan really liked. I liked her because she came across honest and sincere. All sales associates could learn from her. Thanks again, Michael Irwin”

“Wag has been a life saver with my two cats who REFUSE to let us trim their nails at home. It's $15 a cat to get all four feet trimmed and they are so fast. My chill cat is out in 2 minutes and my squirmy one is out in 3. They've never hurt them or made their nails bleed or anything like that. $15 every few weeks is so worth the girls having soft feet and not having to go through the battle of trimming them at home. Also the staff is so kind. The person working the register every time I am there is so sweet and helpful. The groomer is gentle with them and takes great care of them. Aside from the general stress of taking my cats out of the house, they are treated great at Wag and the staff is calm and gentle and work to keep the cats safe and calm. They've also got a fun selection of toys, snacks, food, and accessories (if you're lucky enough to have a pet that will wear them ). I totally recommend and will continue bringing my girls here until they give me a reason not to (which I don't foresee). I cannot vouch for the other grooming they do because I've only had my cat's nails done, no other services yet.”

“Tully's is clean and professional, puppies are beautiful and healthy. I got my first chihuahua there 7 years ago and she is the sweetest,smartest, healthiest dog I've ever had. When we decided to get a second dog, we went back to Tully's. Another great experience. Our new little girl is quickly learning the ropes from her big sister. She's sassy and adorable and has been a breeze to train. Our original pup wasnt 100% sure at first but they are best friends now. Would always recommend Tully's if you are looking for specific breed puppies.”
“Got a cat here about 2 weeks ago and he is perfect. Sweetest, most vocal, energetic boy. Beautiful orange tabby. Changed him name from Tomfoolery to Felix, it suits him. He's adjusted well, both with being here and meeting the dog. they get along well. I spent an hour with him at the Humane society, left with him that day. so happy to have him”
