The clothing was very disorganized and hard to find sizes. We were in the store 10 minutes before closing, we asked for a dressing room and they said they were closed. The lady never looked up from what she was doing and was very rude in the way she said it./

Absolutely appalling behavior by the staff. Don’t even try and return anything they’ll do anything to not get you your true refund back I went In to exchange a hoodie cause I was sent the wrong size and they were trying to get me to pay 30$ extra for it. As a woman and a woman in retail I try not to point fingers but the one who did my transaction Taylor was extremely rude. Tried saying I did it wrong and wasn’t gonna get my hoodie if I didn’t pay the extra amount until I got my fiancé involved and left the store cause I was so frustrated he said the same things I did and she gave it to him and gave him an easy time. Very sexist in my opinion. I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve been in a few different times and always had a terrible experience with the staff rolling their eyes if you ask for help or if you and one time one of the girls rudely asked me what I wanting cause I was waiting for help. Overall if you could avoid this place do it. It’s TERRIBLE! There wouldn’t be so many bad reviews if we all weren’t telling the truth.

I went in to go get a cute sweatpants and they all looked like they didn’t want to be there was no customer service. Asked for a fitting room didn’t even say anything she looked annoyed asf that she had to get me one. Everyone wearing sweat pants and a hoodies with messy buns.

Employees don’t seem to care about the place, as the store was a mess.
My boyfriend waited in line for a fitting room, which is completely understandable as it was a busy Saturday. He reached the front of the line waiting for a room to open up, a room then opens up but then an employee walks to the back with a customer and puts them into the room that my boyfriend was waiting for. They did not acknowledge him. The employee then tells him “I will let you know when another room opens up”.
He waited his turn like everyone else!
As someone who works retail, the first thing she should’ve done was asked if he needed a room if she saw him standing there the entire time.

This place is absolutely horrible. The staff horrible, the service sucks, and the clothes are unorganized and scattered everywhere. Do better Pacsun im very disappointed.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The workers there were so stuck up it was insane. One of the older employees had her EarPods in and when I asked her if she could get me a fitting room she didn’t even say a word or even look at me she just opened a fitting room door and walked off. Very unprofessional, I don’t recommend shopping at this location.

i never write reviews, but the 2 girls at the register today were so rude. one of them was talking about how she was kind of a manager (whatever that means). i’m grossed out by their attitudes and the way they treat the people shopping there. if you wanna get glared at and judged while shopping go there!

Walked in with merch everywhere on the floors and associates on the floor and sitting in the counters on their phones talking badly about people. I’m in retail management and seeing 5 girls talking at the counter where they could sweeping the dusty floors and picking up the clothing laying in the ground. I see a lost opportunity and wasted payroll.

Walked in looking for a gift and wasn’t even acknowledged by the two associates working. The kept talking to each other, which doesn’t bother me, but I was flat-out ignored when trying to get their attention.
