We stopped in to look at a variety of grill brands offered here at Outdoor Kitchen & Patio. Aaron was very knowledgeable, and gave us his honest experience in dealing with them all which we truly appreciated. Haven’t purchased a grill yet, but did buy a real nice patio table, and chairs set by Berlin Gardens. Highly recommend giving this business a look.

I VISITED THIS STORE AT AUGUST 29 AND WAS AMAZED HOW NICE PLACE LOOKS.SAIL PERSON AARON IS SO KIND AND HELPFUL THAT I WISH TO BUY THINGS WHICH I REALY DO NOT NEED,PLUS,THIS STORE IS SO CLOSE TO MY HOUSE AND I DID NOT KNOW THAT.I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS AMAZING STORE FOR YOUR OUTDOOR KITCHEN AND PATIO NEEDS.

Very very poor service department. I had some expensive outdoor chairs reupholstered and they were very careless. My chairs came back to me with missing parts and broken bolts. When I spoke to them about it, they talked down to me and were extremely disrespectful!!! I will never go back there and haven’t for a long time. Beware of their service department!

Amazing experience. Came in searching for a quality grill with specific budget line. Jared was able to educate on available options and pros/cons on other grills. Straight forward, knowledgeable, friendly service. Amazing pricing options in comparison to even online vendors.Definitely recommend Outdoor Kitchen and Patio for anyone looking for a grill!

Great experience! I spoke with Jaret. He is very knowledgeable, was very patient, and spent a lot of time answering all my questions. I bought a great grill at a good price. They are assembling it, will deliver it this week, and haul my old grill away. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at Outdoor Kitchen & Patio. Jaret was very patient and answered all my many questions, and provided a lot of great information about the differences between grills, heat dispersion, etc. I purchased a great grill at a very reasonable price. They will assemble your grill at no cost. In addition, they will provide delivery of your new grill, and take your old one away. That is a great "no hassle" service. I have already recommended Outdoor Kitchen & Patio to several people.

In August of 2020, I purchased a Big Green Egg at outdoor kitchen and patio. Within a month, I bought a maverick XR pro grilling thermometer from them as well. The big green egg has been wonderful. The service and delivery of the Big Green Egg has been great, however, I used the thermometer twice and two of the probes broke. The shielded wiring on the third probe is coming loose and the internal wire is sticking out. This is a 90 dollar thermometer and only after two uses. This is a defective product. So, I called the store and they had the grilling representative call me back. I think his name is Jarret. He immediately told me that because I have used it twice it is a used thermometer, therefore he cannot give me my money back. I am having a hard time understanding how if something breaks when you use it, you can’t take it and get your money back. He said if I brought it in he could walk me through some procedural warrantee things but would not provide me with a refund. I think the concept of a refund is, you try something out. It doesn’t work because it’s defective, You get your money back. If you can’t stand behind your products when they are defective, you’ve lost my business, now and in the future.My understanding is that the ownership of this particular store has changed. I suggest going to Hub(Helping U BBQ) out on 156th and dodge for all future grilling needs. That’s where I am going now and they are great.
