I had a hip arthroscopy with Dr. Burt yesterday and I can’t begin to explain how wonderful of an experience it was. From the check in desk at the hospital, to the CNA that initially took me back, to the couple of nurses that got me comfortable before surgery, the anesthesiologist, the OR nurse, and getting to talk with Dr. Burt before surgery. I knew I was in good hands the entire time with people who truly cared about my wellbeing. I would 100% recommend OrthoNebraska and Dr. Burt!

Had TKA today, All staff very professional & caring. Dr Jassim is AWESOME!! WENT HOME THIS AFTERNOON!

I had to hand in financial paperwork to Dr. Hann 212. There were 3 receptionist there. The lady farthest from the door was busy helping people so I stood by the rope stand, directly in front of the middle receptionist(5ft away), she never lifted her head. I was throughly confused seeing how they have a new check-in feature, I remember checking different signs to gain clarity. I didn't know if I was doing something wrong or in the wrong place. All the while both females I stood in front of refused to acknowledge I was even there, either with their head down or completely walking away. Finally the nice lady at the far end politely greeted me and asked if I had an appointment and patiently listened to my concerns. To my surprise the very next person that walked in after me was promptly welcomed with "hello, do you have an appointment". For some reason I felt it was a tad bit racial as to why the first to women didn't help me. Rather racialor not, I dare ortho to test this theory before it becomes a pattern or they ignore someone who actually needs help...it is a medical facility after all.

Broke my arm a couple weeks ago went in there and pay walked out of there still in pain, but the staff and the doctors treated me so well I definitely recommend this place

Who would have thought that breaking ones wrist would end up being a privilege. I have been operated on many times in my life but I have never received such excellent service from the emergency room, to the operating room theater, to the visits with my physician, and the PT appointments.I was met with professionalism, kindness, and everyone had a smile on their face. Breaking your dominate hand’s wrist is a difficult injury but the employees at OrthoNebraska made it the best it could be. I recommend Dr. Lesiak, his staff and the girls at the hand therapy PT to anyone! I want to thank them and I felt this was the best way that I could.

Called my husband BEHIND MY BACK to discuss my condition. Up until now I was extremely pleased with this facility. NOW they have violated my trust - the trust that is essential between doctor and patient. I will never return except to the pain management doctor; HE at least has never violated my trust.NOTE: This was formerly a 5-star review. When my husband called me from out-of-town to inform me my surgeon had called him and discussed my condition WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I changed my review. I would give negative stars if I could. AND BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN; THEY ARE NOW TELLING ME I DID GIVE PERMISSION.Does NOT matter. Surgeon told me husband noi to allow me to use an assistive device to walk bent forward; I bought the device anyway. My back has never FeLT better. I did not need a surgeon, I needed something to support me while I leaned forward when I walked.I will give Dr. Hahn five stars. But if I ever need surgery I will go elsewhere.

My daughter had an ACL and Meniscus repair surgery. Dr. Samuelson and his team are the best that you could ever wish for!! We are truly blessed to have them caring for us!

Everyone at oak view ortho Nebraska was extremely nice and helpful. The 3 front desk girls Brandi,Jane and Hunter were very helpful, friendly, and pleasant to work with: Dr. Thompson was great as were his assistants. It was a very good visit.

They are not easy to work with. They had me jumping through hoops for more than a month before they finally told me I was not worthy.

Husband recently saw Dr. Brown for ongoing knee swelling. He came into the room with injections prior to even speaking to my husband or examining his knee. Then proceeds to place the injection without really explaining how it would help. Tells him to come back the next week for another injection. His nurse calls the week of my husbands next appointment, says they need to reschedule and insurance denied the injection. Said she would call back after talking to Dr. brown about the injection. That was a week ago. We left a message with the nurse line and had the receptionist put a message back that we never got a call back to reschedule. Still no call back. Husbands knee is now swollen twice the size it was at the time of original appointment. Very unprofessional and made the problem worse.

Dr Steven goebel is great. However if you pass your 90 follow up because of their scheduling conflicts they charge you like it's an all new issue. Not my fault it goes past the 90 days if you can't get in to see the doctor.

Fantastic place! Kind, caring and quick staff. Dr. Bogard was excellent. Front desk receptionist Emily was so sweet and knowledgeable! Best experience I've ever had in a medical enviorment!!

Top orthopedic surgeons and care! This is my second go-around with full knee replacement surgery, the first was in 2009. I can't say enough about OrthoNE and their level of care. My surgeon, Dr. Sayfe Jassim, has this whole process down to an art form, from pre-surgery to using robotics and a minimally invasive procedure to a post-operative medication and physical therapy plan that is well planned and requires me to participate. I can't recommend this facility and team highly enough.

Elkhorn office, from the moment we walked in the experience was not pleasant, receptionist acted like she had no Idea who I was or what I was doing there, had a 9:30 appointment after being taken back to an examming room I sat there till 9:59 before a PA arrived went over all the questions, now I was referredBy my orthopedic surgeon to Dr Porter to see if my back problems where the cause of my knee problem yet the PA had no clue why I was there other than I had been referred no communications between offices or doctors it was almost embarrassing to be in the situation I will not return to Ortho Nebraska
