I was driving cross-country and went into this O'Reilly's 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday night. I described a few symptoms of my car problem that had just come up, and asked if anybody could come out and listen to the car run and help suggest what might need to be done. Mike came out and looked at it in the rain, in the dark, and told me the two parts that needed to be replaced, along with the seprentive belt. He recommended a shop that could do it for me in the morning, and I bought the parts and brought it all to the shop. They confirmed that Mike got it exactly right, replaced those parts, and I was on the way. Mike helped to get me back on the road faster than I thought possible, and saved me from having to figure it all out and lose half a day doing it.
I started going to O'Reilly's a few years ago when I read a review that the people there are just nicer. So far, so good, and Mike definitely upholds that tradition!

30 Minute wait to pick up a pre-ordered part. 5 employees and a store manager working. Only 2 helping the 20 plus customers waiting. Older man was doing his best, while Mike wanted to be every customers friend and visit with them while telling them the wrong info, then disappears in the back. What a joke. The store was dirty. Phone kept ringing without being answered. The store is a joke. Get the place cleaned up and get your act together. Staff training would go a long way. Hey manager your job is to manage and fill in when you are busy!

Person person who helped me out at the second place i was sent to was useful besides that the service it was a total disaster. I ordered a belt and they told me it was going to be at store b and to pick up any time. Had even payed for the belt in advance at store a. When I want to store B they tell me that it is now a store a and that I have to drive clear across town to pick it up even though they had one in stock. Definitely will not be making this my go to store.

horrible bald man ignored me as I stood patiently in line over 25 minutes!! what am I invisible??i was shocked to experience him helping the men in front of me, then he absolutely ignore me! ... instead of asking me if I needed help - he chose to answer 2 or 3 phone calls, look right at me ... then he just walked away ignoring me completely!! He actually stopped at the counter in front of me and started a casual conversation with another male customer who was already being helped! wth ??? How many times did he flat out ignore me??Randall should not be working for O'reillys because he is either a bold faced racist or he don't like helping women! ??I hope the owners read this review and take action to FIRE HIM!! ? I really feel sorry for anyone who needs help and they end up stuck with him! ... what's wrong with him? There's just no fixing stupid and rude employees!I'm taking time to write this because no one should be treated so badly as he treated me today! ... especially treating women badly!!I have always had excellent customer service at O'reillys Auto Parts until today! ?Shame on that guy Randall he's a big jerk!!?❤️Thankfully Sally helped me and treated me like a valued human being and customer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️Thank You for Your Help Today Sally I truly appreciate you caring! ????FIRE RANDALL!! I think its kind of expensive here and not a huge selection the staff is hit or miss. It's close and convenient for us though.
