I opened my garage door manually during the August power outage. Somehow I disengaged a necessary spring. Omaha Door and Window responded to my call for help. The person who arrived repaired the damage quickly and closed the door, but he warned that the electronic part would need to be reprogrammed before I could use it. That included another very quick service call at no charge as soon as my power was restored. Expert, efficient, polite service!

From the beginning to end this was a great experience. The install guys even replaced a section of wood that was rotten on the outside of the door that holds in the weather flashing. I definitely recommend them.

I chose Omaha Door and Window to install 2 windows in an upstairs room. I chose them because I knew they used their own labor / craftsman. The old windows and wood frames were probably original to the house (100 years old). ODW replaced the windows and rebuilt the wood frames holding the windows (not to mention removing and reinstalling the exterior window siding). The windows are great, but the wood frames are beautiful/classy/elegant. I am grateful I went with ODW.

Mike was amazing! He instantly knew what was wrong and fixed it. We had an issue with the garage a week later and again knew what was wrong and fixed it. He felt bad he didn't know two parts needed replaced which wasn't his fault at all. My parents used him foe their garage because of how good he is. 100% recommend Mike Smith!
