A loan was in process for 3 weeks before a material fact was questioned causing the loan to fall through for my clients. The Loan Originator Ryan Schlabs was very uncommunicative and would not not initiate correspondence. Avoid these pitfalls and go with a more experienced Mortgage team.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. I purchased something online for a Christmas present and never got the product and called to file and dispute and collect my money. After waiting two days for any sort of response I was finally contacted by a man named Luther that spoke to me in a condescending voice and basically told me you shouldn't have been d*** enough to order something from an unknown website. The site and product seemed legitimate and they even gave me a tracking number that turned out to be bogus. When I asked for the bank to refund the money as I never received the product I ordered they said that unless they could reach the vendor which was unlikely. I was just out of luck. I have been banking here for serveral years and will now be closing my account.

I've been with them since the 90s and would not think of banking anywhere else. They find out why you come to them and how to prevent you from leaving. Great people.
