I am so happy we chose KinderCare for my kids for daycare. The staff is truly amazing - they work with your schedule when it comes to naps and eating, help with potty training, do fun family events, etc. If you are going to have your kids with someone else for 8 hours a day, you want to know they are safe, cared for, loved on, and are learning << this is what it is like at NW Omaha KinderCare. I cannot recommend them enough.

Our boys have attended KinderCare Northwest for 2 years and have had a great experience. We're grateful to have found a childcare provider that we can trust. The boys have learned a lot along the way.

Our son has been attending this location since the beginning of the year. The staff do a great job communicating and informing us of what is going on with our son. We love the fun and creative activities he does on a daily basis and appreciate the pictures we receive throughout the day.

Northwest KinderCare has been amazing to our family since we joined in 2022. Ms. Kim and Ms. Chelsea truly care about the children they look over in their facility and they are excellent communicators. We have also had great experiences with the in-room teachers. Ms. Kathy and Ms. Abbie are constantly giving us updates and sending pictures through the app. We love this KinderCare and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, friendly environment for their little one.

The current staff at KinderCare is great!! They’re friendly, supportive, helpful. The teachers are engaging with the kids and my daughter has learned so my in just the last few months. I love getting updates throughout the day of the activities going on. Thank you KinderCare for taking care of my girl!

My daughter attended KinderCare Northwest for three years and our experience was nothing short of amazing. The core staff there really treat you like family and there is always a smiling face ready to greet you. My daughter learned so much in her time there thanks to the amazing individuals there that took time to shape and nurture her. We are so grateful for everyone at this location who took such great care of our daughter!

We came to this location during COVID. The staff and leadership did an outstanding job keeping my kids safe! Subsequently, in the days of staff shortage, this center was amazing in keeping the doors open, providing quality care and keeping the parents informed.For my wife and I, the most important part of childcare is knowing and trusting the staff. The folks at Northwest Omaha KinderCare love their profession and love the kids. And it warms my heart seeing my daughter (last one in daycare - woohoo) run into her classroom to give Ms. Chelsea a hug!Special shout out to Ms. Olivia and Ms. Jessica, who both go out of their way to make sure my daughter is well taken care of.

My review is based on the core providers at this location. The current employees at this location are amazing! I greatly appreciate the personalized care they have provided for my children over the years. Leaving your child with someone else can be hard but I know that the core teachers care deeply and are doing their best with the resources they have to love/nurture/teach my children when I am at work. Being a childcare provider is a tough job for so many reasons and I know our providers are there day to day because they love our kids.COVID created some unique challenges that companies responded to in different ways. My review of kindercare as a company is “mixed” due to changes over the years and I feel it is important to disclose that this review is regarding our providers.

Northwesr Omaga KinderCare is the best place help family grow their children for their future, I believe they been development education course in PreK, also they had strong safety and healthy place to welcome every single child everyday. I am thank for they all hard work.

My two year old son goes here and loves it. He really likes his teachers and they are constantly updating their app so we know what he is doing all day!

While our daughter (4 yr old) has only been attending this facility for a a couple months. My wife and I are absolutely amazed with the development in her. From doing letters, counting, etc. I could go on and on. Her behavior changed on day 2 she was just so happy to be going back. She has thanked us repeatedly for her new school. The teachers welcome her every day with open arms and a hug. Claire the director is awesome. We regularly see her in rooms and meeting with parents and it seems all the kids are just so happy to be there. This is just an amazing facility. Can't say enough.Keep up the good work!!!
