My husband and I went here after visiting several other dealerships over the past month. Zach got us into the perfect vehicle and home within two hours! He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. After searching for a year for a midsize truck, I decided to take the time to see Carl for a pro 4x Carl handled the sale with attention to detail and personability when it came to my needs and wants to find the right car for me. As a long time jeep fanboy, I can confidentially say I’ll be with Nissan for the long run. This was the most painless low stress major transaction I’ve ever made. I have had the pleasure of working with Carl Ferris several times over the years. He has helped me with multiple leases and has always delivered on helping me get into the car of my dreams. In addition to his outstanding sales skills, Carl has shown so much kindness to all of my friends and family who have also worked with him. We were in earlier this week and Carl knocked it out of the park once again by helping my boyfriend with leasing a 2024 Frontier. I’ve leased my last couple of vehicles through Nissan of Omaha and was very happy with my experiences and the guys I worked with. Unfortunately, they are no longer there, and my lease was up. I reached out to see what my options were and got the complete runaround from several of their current employees. The latest one, Parker, who was filling in for another girl while she was out of the office. He told me he would look into some options and would call me back. After a few days, I hadn’t heard anything and called in to him. He told me he was still checking on thing. Later called to tell me there weren’t many options and he didn’t think he could help. This was a few weeks ago. Since then, he’s called me saying he’s talked to his manager and was trying to get something going…blah, blah. I was not happy at all with the runaround or number of people I talked to. I ended up going with another dealership and had a good experience…

I really wish 0 star was an option. I only had my vehicle towed here because I wasn't sure if my car was under basic warranty still. Had I known it was expired my car would have gone to dealership I work at. Car wouldn't start and had it in previously this year for this issue. They supposedly tested my battery and said it passed all without having contacted me or my husband to find out what was wrong with the car or what anything was going to cost us. So when we called at 12 to find out an update it hadn't even been checked in let alone anything written up for it. Did they ask me then what was going on NO. They emailed recommended repairs we declined and balance was 0.00. Husband went to pick it up and some guy who I can only assume was the service advisor states we owe 174 for the diagnostic and that he called and told us this on the phone which was a lie. That seems to be the theme with this place since I have never gotten straight answers from anyone who works here. THIS IS THE BEST PART IN JAN THEY SUPPOSEDLY DID MY RECALL FOR INNER TIE RODS AND THAT IT PASSED INSPECTION THATS A LIE THEY HAD TO BE REPLACED. DID I WANT, ASK, OR, GIVE PERMISSION FOR THEM TO DO IT NO!!! I HAD AN APPT THE NEXT DAY AT MY DEALERSHIPS NISSAN LOCATION TO GET RECALL TAKEN CARE OF BY SOMEONE WHO I TRUSTED WITH MY CAR NOT THIS LYING UNTRUSTWORTHY SLEAZY PLACE!! WHO TOO TOP IT OFF HAS BEEN EMAILING US ABOUT GIVING US OUR MONEY BACK ONLY IF WE SELL OUR CAR AND BUY A NEW ONE FROM THEM. STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE SURVEY. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM WITH MY CAR OR ANYTHING OF MINE FOR ANYTHING BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

Mike is great to work with in service I trust him with ny nissan
This originally was a falsified 5 star review. I never posted this. I can tell you about my experiences with Nissan. No communication, no empathy, and apparently Mike is a fraudulent liar. My last visit not sure who my advisor was, and if customers dont know that survey effects the advisor the most. I have been waiting on my survey for a diagnosis and havent recieved it. Obviously this dealership has an integrity issue. Beware

I am sitting at Nissan of Omaha beyond happy and excited because I had 2 very friendly and knowledgeable salesmen help me get my 21 Buick Encore. They listened to everything that I said I needed,. Brett and Zach made sure I was taken care of and 100% happy. They were not pushy or rude during the process. The sales manager Joel was great to work with as well. They all went above and beyond! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to come see these gentleman at Nissan of Omaha!
