Got wrong rotors for my mom's car. I call 60th and grover to see if this napa had the rotors I need since I could make it there 10mins before close. I get here at 5:50 doors locked and no one would answer the phone. I call 60th and grover so they could call and have them open the door and they also did not get an answer. If the business hours at till 6pm why are we locking doors before then. I already know it was 10mins before closing because I was here knocking on the door to complete my mother's only car for mother's day. Thanks NAPA great customer service right there.

NAPA is my go-to for car parts. Always great quality parts and tools. They didn't have the brake rotors we needed for an Audi, but some of that may be supply and demand, and some may still be supply chain issues. Customer service was great though.

My recent visit to NAPA Auto Parts was nothing short of a nightmare, all thanks to the assistant manager, Scott. I purchased brake calipers from a different NAPA store and needed a core charge refund, which should have been a simple process. However, Scott's attitude and behavior made the experience extremely frustrating and unpleasant.Not only did Scott complain incessantly, but he also worked at a snail's pace, making me question his commitment to customer service. To make matters worse, when I requested the contact information of his superior (the manager), he flat out refused, indicating that he was well aware of his subpar customer service and didn't want to be held accountable.I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this NAPA location, as my experience with Scott left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the integrity of this establishment. Avoid the frustration and inconvenience I endured, and choose another auto parts store that values your time, money, and respect as a customer.

Poor customer service, inquired about breaks and rotors, the heavy set bald guy was really rude and apparently offended that we were trying to get estimates and rudely yelled in the store “so you’re asking me for prices and you’re not going to buy them from here” that is bad for business because you never know if your customer was going to purchase or not

Guess what? They got auto wire! Yes! Seriously though got what I needed. Ordered online a throttle body sensor, for in store pick up. Then I broke a factory plastic position pin in the throttle body, rendering it useless. So now I have a whole new throttle body. A proclaimed DIY U-tube mechanic. Napa parts helps me get it done.
