The main lady at this location is a true gem. She is the workhorse for this store. Napa in general isn't always my favorite to deal with, but she makes it a good experience.

This is a hit & miss parts store. Sometimes everything is great. Other times they put you on hold for 15-30 minutes, then you find out that this is the only NAPA store in the entire metro area that doesn't have the parts you need.

Napa is a very good place, but the one that is between 90th and Blonde, there is a dark-skinned person who is of very bad taste, his way with people is not very friendly.

Recently replaced a coil in my car with one from here that was bad, 200 dollars later and a coil from orileys in the same cylinder and problem solved. Stock amounts are never correct. Most the time I come for a part I get sent to another location after 10 minutes of searching

Went here for a simple car battery. The cashiers we sooo kind. He came to my car and tested my battery several times in the cold with a smile on his face almost at closing. I don't remember him and his coworkers name but these two fellas deserve recognition for being so kind. Thank you!
