Walked in after pulling a fused strut bolt off, asked if they had any kind of bolt kits or other bolts that I could buy. The guy at the desk told me "go see the dealer". Gee, why hadn't I thought of that! I'll go see the Suzuki dealership here in Omaha, Nebraska. OH WAIT. Isn't the point of auto stores to avoid the stealership? Absolutely one sided response, and will never step foot in a NAPA again, this one especially.

I remember a time when folks where honest. As I was trying to return a defective part that I purchased well within the stated return policy, I was denied, saying they needed a shop to do a diagnostic. What??
To the manager who made up this false policy, you had an opportunity to gain a customer. Instead you chose to be dishonest to help pad some stats... disgusting practice and you deserve to go out of business.

Can't even mix paint on weekends. Absolutely useless, only one employee can do this and he only works Tuesday through Friday. Train your people.
