I would give a no stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR EQUIPMENT FINANCING! They do not disclose their terms and end up adding on thousands in additional to the actual amount think you are paying back. They also pack on some insurance premium bogus as a way to make more money. Check out their numerous other reviews with people saying the same thing other websites. Basically fraud.

CIT was recently bought out by FCB. Consequently, my debit card was deactivated and my account was essentially frozen... I received no notice for any of this.There was an expected delay due to a plastic shortage with the card manufacturer. However, I did some digging and came to find that they had also shipped my new card to the wrong address. I have been unable to make online purchases, nor ATM withdrawals, for about 2 MONTHS now. I have still received no help whatsoever.Employees are rude and uncaring, and the hours are very inconvenient. If you're considering banking with FCB, I would highly recommend that you consider another bank.

Wish I could go lower than 1 star, have to wait an extra week for my direct deposit and no one understood why.... hope you don't live paycheck to paycheck like me. When it finally gets there after calling every day to try and figure it out, they cancel my debit card. Everyone from the bank to customer care had no idea what they are doing. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE.

Transition from CIT to this bank has been horrid. NO ONE on customer service can answer ANY of your questions. My daughters accnt STILL isn't working and she keeps getting declines on all her transactions. Time to move our money.

Worst bank ever. Bought my old bank. Lost my business data. Wasted full day and still no answers. Do business with this bank at your own peril. They are bad beyond description!!!

Horrible customer service. Nobody available to help after work hours or on weekends. Since they switched over to CIT, have had nothing but problems. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this bank. There are so many better options out there

This bank was Mutual of Omaha, then became CIT bank and now has merged with Citizens Bank... their hours will be changing again in the next few weeks, hopefully back to 9-5. We use this bank for work and with their current hours it’s very hard to make this business relationship successful.

Mutual of Omaha was a great bank with great people that really cared.... when cit bought Mutual of Omaha bank it instantly when down hill. The biggest mistake is when they closed 90 and Maple down.... bad call brilliant idiots. You let great people go and turn us all over to another branch which is never open, and very difficult to reach anyone.....

Your impossible to work with and for that we are leaving you to go to a great bank again. American National Bank They are always open and I always get real live help when I call. Guess what? They also really do care...... I wish your company good luck and I hope you don’t treat all your customers this way or you will be history. The worst thing that happened also is moving Jodi Flowers as she was always the best. Ron

we have been trying to get a title on a loan paid off. Overpaid the loan and received the balance refund on January 6. No title yet. car sold and buyer can't get plates. Told the bank closes today at 2. Hopefully I will get a call soon in case I need to pick up a form. This is ridiculous. If the loan was in default or ever late bet there would be no issues with communication.

Worst bank I've ever been apart of. Had multiple customer service issues hence cancelling my savings account.Horrible instructions on how to deposit with drive up, phone rep lied about hours so showed up Saturday can't be reached by phone locations all closed.Its creating a huge hassle to use this account right now for leisure.Understandably limited hoursa for COVID but 10-2 and closed Saturdays is just cheap.They are trying to save money but messing over customers.
