Sat on hold for 15 min and receptionist keeps transferring me to parts but nobody answers. Not the place to call if your needing parts or anybody to even answer the phone.

Nothing runs like a Deere! Purchased new unit, make sure to get extended warranty, you be glad you did. Guys do great service and repair!
