My insurance company gave me the run around and looked like it would take several hours to get to me. Answered mercifully so close to their listed closing time and took about 15-20 to get to me. Got my car unlocked in no time. Very grateful

It was after the snowstorm came and passed, and the bitter cold came, and then my car would not start. I contacted Mr. rescue. He was super busy said he’d call me back. Unfortunately, he did forget because his phone was ringing off the hook, but Is what had happened he came out the next morning jumped my car so that I could go get my battery replaced completely professional, very apologetic because he had forgotten my call and I will absolutely use him again should need arise

We couldn't get anyone to come out (not even through our insurance roadside assistance) and put our spare on when we had a flat tire due to really high demand with snow and cold weather. Mr Rescue was the only company who answered their phone and got us taken care of that day. I'm so grateful they took the time to squeeze us in!

-37 and he changed my tire in 5 min flat ( pun intended) it took 5 hour wait but that may have been Geico’s fault. The guy was courteous and FAST!!

Came faster than originally told! Dead battery charged but car not recognizing my key..whole other issue but no charge as they didn't get it started.. thanks so much for trying..will definitely call if needed in the future!
