I love bringing Charlie here. I see Doctor Clark on a usual basis and she's amazing. She takes the time to explain each and every step. She tells me costs and debates each option with me. She is so awesome with Charlie each and every time I visit her. This last time I visited Morgan Pet clinic was a funny story to show how great these people are. They needed a stool sample for my dog and my dog just so happened to accidentally take an accident in my car. I volunteered this option and they laughed and said they hadn't heard that before lol. The assistant was so amazing and went out to the car to get the sample. I thought she'd dip the cue tip and come back in. She cleaned it ALL up for me. I didn't expect her to clean up after her but I sure appreciated it. I'm going to continue to bring my current dog and continue bringing my future dogs here.

Love this vet office. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Dr Morgan is terrific as are the other doctors. Highly recommend.

Recommended by friends who also trust the clinic and staff to take care of their furry ones. Dr Clark is great with the patients and the people. The clinic is clean and free of distractions that can make many vet trips anxiety inducing. Very happy to give them a recommendation if anyone is looking for a Vet in the Millard area.

Took my dog here for 8 years. This Vet offers urgent care but poor service. The day my dog was really sick I called the clinic and they told me to take my dog to another random urgent care. My dog ended up passing away the same evening.

We have trusted the care of our pets to Morgan Per Clinic for about 11 years now. Today, with Dr. Morgan's help, we saw one of our beloved dogs over the rainbow bridge. The staff, including Dr. Morgan comforted us, and explained the process well. This was something that I expected to be stressed out about but they made it so that the only thing I had to focus on was saying my goodbyes. Thank you, Morgan Pet Clinic, for being there with us in the good times and the bad.

I began taking my pets here in 2020 when I welcomed home a new kitten. Prior to 2024, I recommended this vet to anyone looking. As of this week, however, I have found myself in search of a new vet on a limited timeframe due to their front desk.
My 13-year old cat has now had 2 episodes this year, unexpectedly. In February, it was after hours and I came home from work to my cat in distress on my bed, laying in his own fecal matter. I rushed him to the emergency vet and was there past midnight, and found out he needed his anal glands expressed. I experienced nothing but empathy from the emergency vet service, and was informed about Care Credit, which helped me cover his unexpected large bill (0% interest for 6 months, and auto-pay available to set up).
This past Monday, I felt like I had walked back into my bedroom in February. Luckily, it was only 3:30, and you guys were open. I called, briefly explained the situation to the receptionist, and asked if there was anything available today (and if not, I would take him to the emergency vet). She then told me they could get him in at 2pm on Thursday. Three days later. I said, "no, that won't work.. so I guess I'll take him to the emergency vet". She asked to put me on a brief hold, spoke with a "vet", and then returned to the phone to say they could squeeze me in at 5pm. PERFECT. (Or so I thought.)
We arrived 10 minutes early; I sat on the bench with my cat carrier as no one was at the desk. The female with a septum piercing came out of a room, "greeted" me, and asked who I was checking in. I told her my pet's name, MY last name, and the reason for the visit. She asked if we could weigh him (this is the point where I remembered my last visit/experience with her in January). I took his carrier to the scale, and said the weight out loud, as I remembered her staring at me from the desk waiting for the weight 6 months prior. We returned to the bench. She then questioned the weight a couple times (I remained staring at the TV), and then asked as if to confirm the last name (spoiler alert: it was a Spanish name that ended in "-ez"). When I corrected her, she laughed and said "oh, it's a cat. We have another by that name coming that's a dog, so I thought that weight was strange."
A tech came from the back, and proceeded to take my carrier back with him. The girl at the desk then said she could get Milo checked out now. The dog Milo's owner was on the other bench, and asked if she was referring to the cat or dog; she said "cat". I stupidly looked back and forth between the two, because surely I heard wrong when the tech had literally taken my carrier 30 seconds prior...
When I approached the desk and questioned it, I was told anytime there is an attempt to express the anal glands, there's a charge. I asked if any of the actual vets were in, and was told that I scheduled a "routine visit" that is performed by the techs, and I did not request a vet. It was at this time that I could hear my cat SCREAMING in distress from the back. I paid, and didn't want to say another word as I felt myself going into an anxiety attack (knees shaking, throat closing up, etc). It is now Friday, and my cat is not himself at all. I am not okay, at all.
I would have much rather spent another $750+ at the emergency vet and received the CARE and EMPATHY from their staff than the $27.50 that you got on Monday. As someone who works in the exact same job position (I can promise you my desk is a lot busier than this one), I was taught the importance of treating others as you would want to be treated. I also read previous reviews, and have noticed that I am not the first client of yours to have a similar experience.
Do better. Please.

I recently started going to Morgan pet clinic after my own vet stopped answering phone calls and you would get a voicemail. And then to be told in the event of an emergency they could see my dog in a week? Not acceptable! I wasn’t asking for a general visit, My dog was really sick and I had to leave town with her . Morgan pet clinic has always made time for me and my dog- I so appreciate their dedication! Oh

I've taken my dogs to the Morgan Pet clinic for over 10 years and can't speak highly enough of the compassion and care the entire team has. I have an older dog who just last week had a small back injury, the vets, techs and other personal accommodated me graciously when my dog needed it the most. I'm please to recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a vet!

The providers are wonderful. However, front desk staff is not welcoming, often rude and makes your first impression poor.
