Montair On Center is one of the older shopping centers in Millard, which used to be THE place to go back in the day (the 70s). Service Merchandise used to be at the east end (if I am remembering correctly). This strip mall has seen its ups and downs, but seems to be in a good place now with several merchants worth visiting in my opinion.

There is nothing wrong with shops and restaurants. It is just difficult to get in and out of, especially during rush hour and when school gets out.
