Never going back. Awesome at the beginning and helped us out well... But when the problems came they fixed them for only so long and now when my LINK seating seats are broke we can call, text and email but NO REPONSE AT ALL. So, therefore I haven't been able to drive my vehicle for literally MONTHS! Ill at least give a 1 star for the help in the beginning.

Mike is the most amazing person ever! He helped get us financing when we needed it and a rental until things could get worked out. He went so far above and beyond anything required by anyone in sales. We are forever grateful for his service and care!

I recently needed to purchase a wheelchair van. Tim was amazing in helping me figure everything out. He even let me use one for a few days to make sure it would work for my needs. I would highly recommend this place.

They invented the word Service. We have a handicapped van for our daughters' needs. Our battery was over three years old and it failed. Jay came out to our home and had it replaced in under 15 minutes. We have had Mobility work on our 2015 Chrysler van since we purchased and they keep it in top shape.Thank you Jay and thank you Mobility!!

We had a very good experience with the van. The wheelchair was secure and comfy. We could ride through Omaha without problem. And the service was great!

I am a mother of 3 kids and my youngest daughter is disabled and in a wheelchair. I am writing this review to protect the next family purchasing a modified vehicle from being taken advantage of by Mobility Motoring. I wish I had done my research prior to making a purchase from Mobility Motoring, so I hope a family reads this and makes a better-informed decision before trusting your family’s safety to Mobility Motoring. I was so excited to get my brand new, 2020 Traverse modified vehicle, but the instant I stepped foot in the car, I was instantly disappointed. The workmanship is such poor quality, it was obvious at first sight. The door was not sealed properly, which causes an extreme amount of road noise when you drive. I can’t even hear my kids in the back seat while driving. The driver seat and passenger seat are not secure and move around a lot when driving. I even returned the vehicle within a month after receiving it to get the seats inspected because I feared they were not safe. Mobility Motoring assured me the seats were fine and Mike told me “I just have to get used to it.” Only 5 months later I was rear ended and the front passenger seat became unhooked from the floor of the car and flew backwards, almost hitting my daughter in the wheelchair. There is a long list of things wrong with the vehicle; the AC doesn’t work, the check engine light is permanently on, the passenger seat belt doesn’t work properly, the list goes on and on. I have contacted Mobility Motoring and ATC about making things right, they are not willing to buy back the vehicle, which is unsafe to drive. Mike from Mobility Motoring asked me “What’s in it for me?” and he recommended that I “Sell it to someone else.” even after I explained that I can’t sell the car on my own being aware of all the safety issues. I am appalled by the lack of integrity from this company. I know it is a special population of people who are in the market for modified vehicles, which is why I do not want to see another family taken advantage of by Mobility Motoring. Don’t just take my word for it, do your research. ATC vehicles are not approved by NMEDA (National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association) guidelines, and it is obvious! If you are even considering purchasing a vehicle from Mobility Motoring, please do yourself a favor and at least test drive one of their vehicles first, and then test drive a modified vehicle from another company (Braun is right in Omaha). The difference is night and day and I promise you, you don’t have to “just get used to it” as they would like you to believe. The quality of ATC conversions is terrible, mine is even unsafe to drive, and Mobility Motoring lacks all integrity. They would rather I sell this vehicle and put another family in danger than to buy it back from me themselves and make the appropriate corrections to the car. I am so regretful of making a purchase from Mobility Motoring, so I hope I can at least prevent another family with special needs from being treated this way!
