This place is the best! Been coming here over 25 years. John went above and beyond when I showed up the Friday before Labor Day weekend without an appointment. My radiator was leaking fluid and because I had to drive to Minnesota for a reunion the next day he got me in. Unbelievably fortunate for me. I purchased four new Cooper tires for my truck and they put them on right away. Unfortunately, I was shown that my radiator had a crack in it. John wasn’t sure if they could take care of that due to how busy they were. Not to mention all the scheduled appointments. Anyway, John did get my truck in and gave me a loner to drive so I wouldn’t have to sit there all day waiting. Fantastic customer service above and beyond the call to duty! Then Scott did a great job installing my new radiator. He did his best to get the job done before closing time at 5pm. At 4:30 Scott handed me my keys and said it was done. He even explained what he found and had to do. Then he wished me to have a great time at the reunion! Not just mechanics here, but real people, like you and I. People who believe in giving outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Midwest Tire to anyone with an automotive need. They are truly one of the areas best. Thank you John and Scott for all you guys do for your customers. Appreciate you.

I had my tire stolen and they moved quickly to get a new one ordered and installed. They were kind and empathic from the moment I called in; making a very stressful situation much easier! I’d like to shout out to Mike and Jon for keeping me updated during the entire process and giving me a peace of mind.

IF you want it done right, the first time, this is the place to go, been going here since the 70s, when you want to know what's going on, at a fair price usually below everyone else, my main point is they can be Trusted not to sell you services you don't need, even the Dealerships cant be trusted like these guys. Keep up the great work guys, with 7 cars and trucks you'll see me soon
