Hopefully this gets to the right people! Thank you so much for having Jorge Sosa come rescue me over by Bennington NE 8-1-23. He was very professional and did an excellent job getting me back on the road. I know this isn't your regular type of repair and appreciate letting Mr. Sosa replace a tire on my semi. I cannot thank you enough!!

utility personnel are the most despicable and lazy people of all companies I have to deliver too !!! and I'm certain this will be my last !!! they waste too much of a drivers time and cost drivers too much money!!!!

We had a trailer that had a brake issue and we could not be down the trailer. I called Don and he said that he would get right on it. We had the trailer to the shop by 1:00 pm, and they had it finished by 7:00 pm, and the trailer got right back on the route. Drove like a new unit. Amazing customer service. Thank you Don and thank you Midstates!

Before taking my trailer in, I called and spoke to one of their employees and told him that my trailer was just serviced 2 weeks prior by a different mechanic, however the brakes were sporadically working. I informed the tech that they were dexter axles and I felt it was a magnet in one of the hubs. He informed me to bring it by and they would take a look. Upon arrival he said it would be $140 after taxes to take a look and I agreed. After claiming to look at it he informed me that they couldnt tell what was wrong unless they took the hubs off to see what was wrong and it would be $125 per wheel plus an additional $30 for bearing on each wheel. So a total of $760.00 just to look at my trailer. Its a rip off, They knew what kind of trailer it was and the type of axles it had on it before I even brought the trailer in. Stay away from these guys, they are just looking to rip people off. So I payed the initial $140 diagnostic fee which the tech claimed was to just look at brake dust and outside wires, but not to diagnose the problem and I took my trailer to different shop.
