Please do not use this lady she is unprofessional and when I got my dog back she was limping and the dr said she must’ve mishandled her. When I asked her about it she called me LOADS of cuss words and I nicely asked her did anything happen to where my dog would have had a misplaced growth plate as the doctor stated.

Great help! They did car side service as I had my two kids with me and took the time to make sure I was comfortable as well as my pups!! Bring cash or checks as they do not take cards or tap pay. We will be back!

I couldn't be more pleased about my experience at Michele's Pet Spa. I took my new standard poodle "Kismet" there and was thrilled about her groom! The owner, Kelli, handmade the bows on her ears to match her collar on the spot. They were pretty elaborate looking to me- better yet, she used a Christmas design. The price was $20 dollars cheaper as well. I'll be going back.

Kept my senior dog for 11 hours, I kept calling to check and she kept saying that she was about to take care of him , finally I got mad and just went to get him . He was in a very small cage, for 11 hours!!!!Why on earth she didn't tell me she wouldn't have time is beyond me, I would never allow my dog to suffer like that. Will never be back! Horrible horrible , deserves zero stars and loose her business license.

I had a concerning experience at this grooming business and would like to share my feedback. On April 13th 2022, I dropped off my dog at 7am, as instructed. Starting around 10am I began calling to ask when she would be ready. I was told that since I didn't request a specific pick-up time ,she would be last on the list of dogs that day. I continued calling, and was told she'd be ready by 6:45pm. Unfortunately, they did not start grooming her until AFTER I arrived to pick her up at 6:45pm and did not finish until 7:10pm. Additionally, they asked to provide grooming instructions, lost my initial set of instruction, asked for them a second time, and then promptly ignored all of them. My dog's ears were uneven, one longer than the other. I also noticed that all dogs were allowed to roam around the spa freely without individual kennels. My dog was incredibly stressed out, starving, extremely thirsty, and had to go to the bathroom worse than I've ever witnessed before or since. This made me worry that my dog was not being properly cared for and may have been abused while in their care. Furthermore, I witnessed an employee (possibly the owner?) speaking poorly and disrespectfully about other clients while in my presence referring to one customer a "Retard". Immediately following this, my dog experienced a loss of appetite and became severely ill for weeks with bloody diarrhea resulting in $1500 in emergency vet bills. Even now, over one year later, my dog is still terrified of grooming stations and reacts strongly to any individuals who resemble the groomers who were present that day. Ever since Michelle's Pet Spa my dog requires a prescription of Trazadone to sedate her prior to the groomer in order to prevent her from being disruptive to the groomer and upsetting the other dogs. This was never the case before our Michele's Pet Spa. Whenever I meet someone with a dog I ask about their groomer and any positive/negative experiences. As a result, I have heard many similar negative accounts directly from others who have taken their dogs to Michele's Pet Spa. In fact, I've now heard 3 distinct accounts from former groomers who left Michele's Pet Spa after witnessing acts of animal cruelty there including hitting the dogs. Based on my experience and what I have heard from others, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. I strongly encourage an investigation of this business and appropriate action to be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals in their care. It is my hope that this business gets shut down and has its license revoked, or else a real professional will take over the company and treat both the animals, and their owners with the respect and care they deserve. Don't just take my word for it, here are six similarly negative reviews of Michele's Pet Spa from other individuals I've found online 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

Kelly and her team are one of a kind! They truly care about my Bella and go above and beyond to make sure she is groomed to perfection each and every time. There is no other groomer I trust other than Kelly and her team!

Michele takes care of my dog like he is her own. She remembers him when we come and Claudio loves to get pretty with Michele!

My parents dog was dropped off at 7:30 am and just a wash no hair trimming on a boxer mix. Stopped by at 4:45 pm and they had not even started washing her. Took her home and the first thing she did was drink a whole bowl of water. 9 hours and no water? My mother called several times as my dad had to go to work by 4.Never have I had a groomer take my dog for 9 hours with no update.

Had our one-year-old at Michelle’s Pet Spa today for over 8 hours today, and they were unable to get to her for a blowout because she was “too skidish”. Never returning.

12 hrs to groom my mini-aussie doodle!?! Horrible experience, Traumatized dog ever since. My dog was severely for 2 weeks after = $1500 vet bills. Rude, dirty, unprofessional, insulted customers in front of me. I suspect animal abuse. Could not more strongly advise AGAINST taking your dog here. I hope the proper authorities investigate.

Lady doesn't treat the animals right. Could hear her screaming at them every time I went by here. Wouldn't take any pet here. Ever.

Cash or check only, they've got great skills for trimming hair and nails on my Australian shepherds. Bear and Ozzy love em. If you don't love strong smells you'll want to ask them to not use perfume on your doggy friend. Swanky bandanas too!
