Went to drop off a ups package. I told an employee that I had a ups drop off who was right behind the counter and she rudely stated okay cashier will take that. She wouldn’t even acknowledge me until I spoke up, and then looked at me like I was crazy for even asking for her help. She acted like she couldn’t be bothered to complete such a simple and quick task while the scanner was literally right next to her. And the cashier was busy helping several customers. Was disappointed with my experience here.

Needed direction to something in the store I was shopping for someone else and was unknowledgeable about it.I found an employee near the front of the store, and she pointed in the general direction and said aisle 100. She also gave me a brand name. I learned later that she was the supervisor.I headed towards the area, and there was no "100" marked. I ended up having to go clear up to the front of the store to talk to another employee.Eventually, she finally took me to the product (and the signage for the aisle was missing, rather than me missing it).I also had an exchange for this same person I was shopping for. It had been an online order delivered. The order could not be located in their system by the person's name or number, and without that person's credit card the order was placed under and their ID, she refused to perform an exchange.Hobby Lobby was much more pleasant. They took me directly to products and were very personable.First and last occasion shopping in-store for me.
