I have been a Metro PCS customer for almost 10 years. My husband and I went to this store, and the lady helping us made up so many lies. She lied about prices, services, telling us she could not do certain things. We went home and called corporate to find out everything we asked for could be done no problem. Also that everything she tried to tell us, and charge us was not accurate. I have never had a bad experience with metro or any stores until we came here. We felt taken advantage of in this situation. Very unfortunate, and absolutely do not recommend this store!

Don't do business or give these people your money. They lure you in with free phones and cheap service and then you get into there phones are double price for prepaid phones, service is almost $100 and then you have to pay all these fees. Online it said they have free phones like they're offering discounts, you go in they don't have any free phones or there's some other crazy fee and then service supposed to be under $50 its almost $100. They do crooked stuff and you go in there thinking one thing and end up spending 3 times as much as what they offer. Online it said the phones are free, $40 a month fee and no activation fee. I went in no free phones, activation fee is $75 and phone plan is $75. I ended having to pay $230 for a phone that was supposedely free and I don't have service on my phone this month. And when I called customer service to find out what was going on, they said they only saw $100 dollars charged to my phone, this person on broken English said they say a $40 activation fee and $75 a month plan. So somebody is lying somewhere. If I went to Walmart and got a prepaid phone I would have $130 more in my phone with a phone with service on it. Stay away from these shops for phones, smoke shops or whatever where these foreigners run it that are against America and they steal from people. Then when I tried to call customer service from my phone I was told I couldn't talk to anyone unless I made a payment. Totally crazy, you'll end up with problems trying to do something simple like get a phone and then it's the total opposite of what they're advertising.

Nobody is here and I’m ringing the bell standing outside. They’re suppose to be open and no one is answering.

I went to the store to buy the S23fe, which was advertised at a promotional price of $49.99. However, when I arrived, they insisted to buy it as part of a bundle including a case, charger, and other accessories, totaling $150. Despite declining the additional items, they refused to sell me the device separately and they are saying taxes costs $50 where phone is costing $50

Joe, the area manager, and his associate were top notch. Joe is one of the best out there and the most competent of people I have dealt with in this industry. He knows phones, the industry, how they are built, specs, etc. He was knowledgeable, helpful and had great customer service skills. Easy to talk to and work with also. I don't know my more people don't go the prepaid route? You get basically the exact same service as the big names but have no contract or commitment tied to the phone service. And their rates and prices are usually half the other guys. Thanks, Joe!
