My doctor is wonderful - when I can actually see her. I'm always told "just give us a call if you need anything" but then when I do, the nurse or whoever gathers all my info to talk to the doctor and says she will call back, but most often I don't get that return call and if I do, it's only after I call repeatedly asking for an update. Also, I can never seem to get an appointment when I'm sick and end up having to go to an urgent care clinic. As much as I hate to start over with a new provider, I feel it may be time.

Ramig is a amazing dr the only issue is his nurse as everytime I call about an issue I get told she will talk to him and call me back but the last 4 times I never received a call and right now it's been a little over 2 weeks and haven't been able to get my medication because she doesn't call back or sometimes she makes a decision without talking to my doctor. The nurse should not be working in health care if she isn't going to do her job and care for the patients. It's a good thing my medication isn't for seizures or heart issues ect because I would probably not be breathing now.

Level of care has taken a nose dive at this clinic, primarily from a front-office perspective. Attempting to make an appointment just now and the availability was zero for the next month even for an actual health issue. I commented that seemed to indicate that we would need to shift to a different doctor and the appointment setter hung up on me. Be better, Methodist! This isn’t the first issue recently but will now be the last with this clinic. My daughter and I have been patients at this clinic for over 10 years. Both of us are now getting care elsewhere.

I went there for the first time for annual wellness visit. I am in good health and it was a quick visit of less than 20 minutes. But when received my bill it was for 2 visits because I asked for the new doctor for to renew 3 prescriptions because the previous doctor had left the Methodist system. For about 5 minutes time they charged another $276.00 in addition. Their new policy is to charge an additional visit for anything outside the wellness exam. Beware of what you talk to your doctor about at the Methodist clinics. I am not a happy patient.

Dr Rios is absolutely the best. Her nurses however can't seem to do their jobs. Had an appointment over two weeks ago. Still don't know my numbers. Been out of test strips for over a week and they were supposed to have been ordered but haven't been. Talked to one nurse and said she was taking care of both. Nothing. Absolutely freaking nothing

Appointments never available when you are sick. They want you to go to urgent care but urgent care is not very good or friendly.

Extremely disappointed in NP Gloria. If you have the choice, wait for your Doctor. What a waste of time and money. If you are asked a question and you don't know, maybe go ask a Doctor.

I Have Been Taking My Daughter Here Since She Was Born (She's 3 Now), Her Doctor Is Dr. Neuhaus, She Is So Sweet And The Most Caring Doctor I Have Ever Met! Everyone Is So Friendly Here, I Have Never Had An Issue. I Have Been Sick And They Have Gotten Me In And Seen Right Away, Which Is Always Nice Because I Dont Really Have A Doctor That I Go To All The Time. Anyways All In All This Is A Good Clinic To Take Yourself & Even Take Your Child To, You Will Not Regret It!?

Less then the best of care. In ability to get in an appointment for three days not even one of the associates. Not a good experience. I will find another physician.
