Not the best experience, I’m getting married 04/20 it is 04/17 day of pick up for groomsmen tux. Been really specific on wanting black shirts, guys have been given white shirts. I’m freaking out because my wedding is in 3 days and they said the shirts will probably get in before Saturday if not Saturday? You guys don’t have a back up plan of things went west? And don’t get me started on the conversation my fiancé had with one of their employees last night she was rude and not understanding of the panic we are in. I would not recommend this company to anyone getting married because they do not care about your big day..called today management was nice but I didn’t like of his unsureness to get this situated. Our plan was to take the suits to the venue 04/19 to keep them there mind you our venue is 30 minuets from the Omaha area. And now this might have messed everything up. Really been unsatisfied looking for a better outcome

Terrible service… by who I am guessing is a manager of some sort. Tall African American man with locs.* my husband is also African American & recently cut his locs; to clarify this has nothing to do with image.We choose some items from the sales rack in hopes of not breaking the bank for a work uniform. He walks over and tells us none of that will look good on my Husband.(seeing them on hangers in my hand.) Shocked I put the items back in hopes he would direct us to what seemed like “better options”. He goes and picks out the most expensive items.& still comes off of annoyed. As I am waiting outside the dressing room for my husband to come out I hear him speaking to another associate demanding he put away orders instead of putting away items from a client he just had helped. The reason he needed to hurry for the orders was, because things get misplaced around there all the time. Lol wow.So we return in hopes he isn’t the person helping us. We are greeted by a very nice lady who we tell we don’t want to spend $400 on a suit jacket. (Which would have matched the other $500 worth of items we had already purchased) She shows us cheaper options. Where we notice we could have got a complete set for half the price if we had be properly helped from the get go. * if someone is looking at the sales rack it would be common sense to show them cheaper items… you would think.I wish I would have read previous reviews before choosing this store. Seems like this is the norm at this location. I’m confused yet concerned how this man still has a job. An apology isn’t needed yet a change in management would be helpful. I can’t imagine how the employees feel to be working under someone like this.

I usta think they were the better of two shops, but after going in and finding out the price for alterations had almost tripled I think I'll be giving Maxiwalker the business.

Bad service, People who arrived after me were attended to immediately and no one wanted to attend to me, I don't want to say that they are racist but I was the only Mexican in the place and no one attended to me

Went in to inquire about a suit for a wedding in October. The sales associate acted annoyed and very abrasive towards LGBTQ customers. Will not be doing any business with this store or company now or in the future

Men's Warehouse has excellent quality clothes, I simply wish they had more, brighter and sometimes shiney colors. Otherwise I enjoy shopping there very much.

No problems with the suit or the fitting, but I had an issue with returning the suit. I was charged $20 for a one-day late fee, which is understandable, but I was never given a verbal or written notice when I did my fitting or picked up the suit. Only time I was given a notice was the day after the event via email that was filtered. Two other guys in our wedding party returned their suits the same night, but at a different location, and were never charged a late fee. It must be this location that is very picky about this.

Men's Wearhouse made our daughter's wedding a wonderful day by providing expert advice for the Men in our party , the fitting professionals did a great job ,any issues, and there were very few were handled immediately and accurately ,Thanks to Men's Wearhouse...

Terrible customer service worker treated me like an annoyance that wasnt gonna buy anything. I came in hoping to get a full beautiful suit. Clothes seemed good. Workers probably talk hundreds out of buying thing they need and want.

Went there to get some garments which I purchased from there re stitched as they became defective and stitching came unwound. I was there and purchased earlier in the day and they said they could fix it and to just bring it in. Brought in the 3 garments and the gentleman claimed they were dirty because one pant leg had a few strands of cat hair and claimed the process they do would need to press the garments and the cat hair could also ruin the sewing machine.. never heard of such a dumb excuse before.. they just need re stitched and that’s the end of it. No other service needed..! I took the 3 items and drove to the 144th street location and without question the gentlemen looked them over and said “no problem we will just replace them!” Gave me 3 new pairs of pants and told me to have a great day. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dodge street location needs to take notes and not treat people like they are bothered to deal with the problem. Hats off to 144th! Hope this 1 star review finds you well :)Do better

Spent about 15 min walking around trying to purchase some dress clothes & just wanted a little help being pointed in the right direction on what I was looking for. A handful of employees didn't even acknowledge me even after eye contact was made multiple times. A simple acknowledgement of my existence to let me know they'd be willing to help once they freed up & I would have had no problem waiting. Even had another customer who was experiencing the same thing jokingly ask me if I could see him.
