This store is very structured and very understandable. I never hade problems with their customer service. Sometimes in the evenings you need to wait for help, but during busy hours perfect! Also one time had a problem with there third party rebate processor, they sent my $1,2k rebates to the wrong address , but few months later there customer service helped to make it work.

Closest store to me please come closer please come to Shawnee OK this is mom-and pop big time big box but not wall street funed that treats people right I have been to a few down though the years. Allise right price right items. Just not in my town I love this company.

Go elsewhere, especially if you are not local. The selection is fantastic. The customer service and returns at every location I go to is terrible and that is being nice.
Somehow they expect you to find out the gas item (generator in my case) you purchased is broken without putting gas in them… if you do you are stuck using their 3rd party service center. This place is just selling trash with no customer service to back it.

People here are generally pretty helpful and take you to the things you ask about, now if only they could read my mind so I don't have to come back 3 times for the things I keep forgetting lol. But overall it's pretty ok.

One of the top three large hardware stores in the area ? If I lived closer to Menard's I'd go there more often. They have what ya need for home improvement/projects. I prefer the brand of tools you can get at the other stores, but what Menard's has is still good quality.

They had a lawn mower at $549.99 with a red tag; when I went to pay for it m, it rang up at $599.99. I told them the tag said $549.99, they went to check and the red tag was removed. Turns out Brad had removed the red tag, all within a 3 minute time frame.They were trying to be elusive, and I told the manager which he tried to raise his voice then I had to tell him to watch his tone of voice.Crazy to think these employees will try to pull off something like this. I won’t judge the other Menards in the metro in the area, based off this stores actions.

Went there to get everything I needed for a bathroom remodel. There was so many different options and everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. I got everything I needed there in one stop and it was super easy to find. Such a good experience!
