5-Star company from experience. I recently collaborated with the organization on a donation initiative and was impressed by their professional communication and personable approach. Additionally, Mega Saver has been renovating a location near my residence in Bellevue, significantly improving the stations infrastructure and aesthetic appeal.

I bought gas twice at 36th and highway 370
Went in pre paid so I could get a extra 5 cents a gallon off I didn't use the total amount paid for went back in to get a refund they said it would be put back on card. So I left. Went in yesterday to get gas they said they could not do anything I would have to contact corporate office. I did and it is a joke you can't get pass the recorded message. I have a totally of 12.00 that they just got free . The guy at the store was very rude also . I definitely want my money back

This place is a joke! Their switchboard runs you in circles, their stores are in constant disarray, and their employees just hang up on you if they can't answer your question. They charge money on pumps that don't work and then hangup on you when you see their transgressions. To hell with Mega Saver!!!

I purchased $25 in gas inside with my debit card and was not given a receipt. Then the pump didn't work and I went back inside to have them fix the pump, cashier said it automatically cancels the transaction if you hang up pump and asked me to pay again and I declined. I left and got gas elsewhere for the amount of $32. I went back after work and told the cashier what happened in the morning and she said it would be a pending charge that would just drop off after 3-5 days then I call my bank today and they most certainly did charge me and now I have to dispute the issue with my bank. If I had not called my bank I would have never known that they did charge me. I then called corporate and the gal continuously asked me the amount after I gave her all my information and said she could find the transaction and that I will get a e-mail about it soon lol whatever that means. So now I wait for a e-mail and print off my bank statement to be perpared to go to corprate and dispute it in person. Meanwhile I go to check out the reviews and noticed that this a trend throughout the business for years. I really hope they refund my $25 dollars or I will NEVER give them my business again, very disappointing

Disgusting stores tun by disgusting Tajik's who reverse discriminate wildly. Most stores are full of trash, code violations, rats, etc. Management is horrible- they refuse to deal with employee concerns, never answer the phones and there is no voice mail. Stores are full of junkies and alcoholics. Management doesnt care because they all drive Bentleys already...why should they?

The so called attendant at the mega saver on south 24th street and j was very rude and not helpful in any way and resorted to name calling when trying to purchase an item it would be wise to screen your employees

I’ve been calling for 4 days now, dealing with this issue since Friday (almost a week ago) I’ve sent in my receipts already on Monday and was advised I’d get a call back by end of day… never happened. I’m sending over 3 receipts. One where I prepaid $40 on pump 2, only got $2.74 in gas due to a pump error.. I waited over 15 minutes to be moved to pump 3, where she only put in $22.94 in… I then waited another 20 minutes to be told there’s nothing they can do- no refund or giving me the gas I was shorted. So I just wasted over half an hour to be shorted and ignored.. I’m owed $14.32, I’m tired of being given the run around… I’ve called every day all day since Monday and at this point my calls are just being ignored. I’m annoyed and just want to be given some sort of priority, messing with someone’s money is not a game…Worst customer service ever, stealing money is no joke. Sent multiple emails with no reply at this point.
