I purchased $25 in gas inside with my debit card and was not given a receipt. Then the pump didn't work and I went back inside to have them fix the pump, cashier said it automatically cancels the transaction if you hang up pump and asked me to pay again and I declined. I left and got gas elsewhere for the amount of $32. I went back after work and told the cashier what happened in the morning and she said it would be a pending charge that would just drop off after 3-5 days then I call my bank today and they most certainly did charge me and now I have to dispute the issue with my bank. If I had not called my bank I would have never known that they did charge me. I then called corporate and the gal continuously asked me the amount after I gave her all my information and said she could find the transaction and that I will get a e-mail about it soon lol whatever that means. So now I wait for a e-mail and print off my bank statement to be perpared to go to corprate and dispute it in person. Meanwhile I go to check out the reviews and noticed that this a trend throughout the business for years. I really hope they refund my $25 dollars or I will NEVER give them my business again, very disappointing

Disgusting stores tun by disgusting Tajik's who reverse discriminate wildly. Most stores are full of trash, code violations, rats, etc. Management is horrible- they refuse to deal with employee concerns, never answer the phones and there is no voice mail. Stores are full of junkies and alcoholics. Management doesnt care because they all drive Bentleys already...why should they?

I bought gas twice at 36th and highway 370Went in pre paid so I could get a extra 5 cents a gallon off I didn't use the total amount paid for went back in to get a refund they said it would be put back on card. So I left. Went in yesterday to get gas they said they could not do anything I would have to contact corporate office. I did and it is a joke you can't get pass the recorded message. I have a totally of 12.00 that they just got free . The guy at the store was very rude also . I definitely want my money back

The so called attendant at the mega saver on south 24th street and j was very rude and not helpful in any way and resorted to name calling when trying to purchase an item it would be wise to screen your employees

I’ve been calling for 4 days now, dealing with this issue since Friday (almost a week ago) I’ve sent in my receipts already on Monday and was advised I’d get a call back by end of day… never happened. I’m sending over 3 receipts. One where I prepaid $40 on pump 2, only got $2.74 in gas due to a pump error.. I waited over 15 minutes to be moved to pump 3, where she only put in $22.94 in… I then waited another 20 minutes to be told there’s nothing they can do- no refund or giving me the gas I was shorted. So I just wasted over half an hour to be shorted and ignored.. I’m owed $14.32, I’m tired of being given the run around… I’ve called every day all day since Monday and at this point my calls are just being ignored. I’m annoyed and just want to be given some sort of priority, messing with someone’s money is not a game…Worst customer service ever, stealing money is no joke. Sent multiple emails with no reply at this point.

Repost from Bellevue so more people can see and maybe I can get a response from someone: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS HERE! I have spent endless amounts of money here with gas and other items as its the closest place to my house. I went in on Friday May 13 th and paid partially with cash and the rest on my card, well the cashier charged my card for the full amount and I noticed the next day. I then called and the girl Lexi, confirmed that she could see the problem as the cashiers drawer was over. I mentioned I was not in town but would try to get there for my money back. I wasn't able to so I went in the very next day. I was then told my money had been sent to the corporate office and there was nothing they could do and I would need to contact corporate the next business day. I tried calling then, and of course their mailbox is not set up. I have called several times with no answer. Called the store back and again am told there's nothing they could do and they cannot take my personal information to give to the corporate office as it's against policy and I just need to keep trying. They stole my money and I am having to hunt down some Lola or Ann who don't answer the phone or have a voice-mail to get my own money back. DO NOT GO HERE! They'll take your money and say, "there's nothing we can do". I'm livid. It's no wonder they have these everywhere now and manage to have lowest gas prices, they're stealing from people.

This place is a joke! Their switchboard runs you in circles, their stores are in constant disarray, and their employees just hang up on you if they can't answer your question. They charge money on pumps that don't work and then hangup on you when you see their transgressions. To hell with Mega Saver!!!

I made a mistake on the pump numbers and someone stole my gas. The manager knew the person didn't pay for any gas. Refused to give me my money or gas. Corporate office phone was a joke doesn't answer the phone. Very unprofessional lost a lot of business over $20. We fill all of our company trucks there. Well we did

This happened at the 40th and Dodge Omaha Location. I showed up and had to park sideways because there wasn't enough room between stalls and cars at pumps to effectively park. I went inside to pay for my phone service at the boost counter and waited in line for 30 min behind one guy in front of me. Noone seemed to be in a hurry. All the employees gave a vibe like they were going to move so slow that noone would come back again and they finally would be able to stop all together. It was very frustrating. Several people came in to inquire as to why the pumps were taking so long to pump gas. Everyone was frustrated. One guy was already out trying to pump 80 dollars of gas when I came. He was still waiting when I left over 30 minutes later. After being utterly ignored the whole time I just left. I'm glad I did because the saddle creek boost store helped me in literally 5 minutes. You live and you learn. Also the soda machines at the mega savers I've been to taste like mold, it's very obvious there is something foul going on. Graffiti all over the urine soaked bathroom. Just an all around joke of service and establishment. Especially the 40th and Dodge location, just go across the street to the other gas station or down to the boost store... 1 star. Absolute Trash
