Very courteous staff. Clean facility. The contract I signed states no refunds. I surprised the previous person didn't know that and got her refund. See what I'm saying great staff.

Very clean storage. No hassle. The owners are very easy to deal with and they give you a discount if you pay for the whole year in advance!!!

I paid 5 months in advance for my unit costing me $225. About to weeks after having the unit it got broke into I told them i was moving my things and I wanted the other 4months of payments I gave them back. 1st they tried telling me they don't do refunds. Than some how I was not in their system. Well the owner finely sent my refund check to the WRONG address after I had given him the new one. After a month of waiting I called them again he told me that I would have to pay a $20 stop check fee. A month after that I finely got the check and guess what it was $55 short. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. $45*5 mon= $225. $225-45= $180 NOT $125
