This is a wonderful location for a workout, morning, coffee, and warm chat with excellent staff! The atmosphere is perfect for family fun, positive self-image, and healthy mindsets.

YMCAs have always been my first choice for a gym, due to the fact they actually care about the well-being of their members. while some gyms may have better equipment, they simply cannot compare with the atmosphere, and the kindness of a YMCA and this one is no different.

I've been a member of the YMCA since 2009. Between SW, DownTown and Maple Street...I wouldnt choose to go anywhere else! I've had my most successful experiences at all three locations and will continue this LIFE LONG JOURNEY of Health and Wellness at the Y, for as long as I can!!
