James was great to work with, went back and forth with me over text so I could bounce a couple of muffler ideas off him, and helped me settle on an exhaust setup that both sounds great and came in under my budget. Matt did the installation and it looks great!

The guy that answered the phone couldn't quote a simple muffler replacement without having me bring the car all the way down there. Every other shop, including the dealer, was able to give me a quote over the phone. It sucks to call a repair shop and feel like you're talking to a used car salesman. if they're too scared to tell you the price over the phone, they're probably going to be too high in price, don't waste your time.

After reading all of the other one-star reviews it seems like the owner never takes responsibility for anything and always has an excuse. Don't even bother responding to me, a real man accepts criticism, takes accountability and doesn't just make excuses.
2nd EDIT
Just as I expected, you replied anyway to try and save face. Nothing but a bunch of excuses yet again. You want every vehicle to come in so you can charge $70 to give somebody a quote. At least 500 of those reviews are from before you bought the place. The one-star reviews all seem to be recent though. Don't worry there's been rip off shops come through Omaha like you before you'll end up selling the place to someone who will do a good job for their customers. Hopefully you lose money when you do. Hopefully someone with Integrity like Brakes Plus buys you out like they did with Tuffy's.

My AWD suddenly shut off into 2WD. Took it in early at 0730 right when they opened to drop my car off. I got a rental after finding out it may take a few days. They got my car thoroughly checked out and I got a new fuel injector and new tires. Car running like new again. James was awesome and always kept me updated on the progress. Prices were up front. Amazing service. Definitely recommend.

Took my car here thinking I might just need a bulb replacement and it turned out to be a deeper issue. I appreciated being told up front what was going on and the best approach to fix it. Overall a great experience with great communication and trust built throughout. I’ll definitely be back but it won’t have to be soon. :)
