Went here today to pick up some goodies & the two workers who were working (around 12pm- one seemed to be training & was a newer employee, the other one seemed to have been working there for a while with a wealth of knowledge on the products) both were so kind & helpful & I went home with a couple things & a couple samples! So excited to try them & I’m not sure why I ever stopped going here bc this place is amazing! Will definitely be back again!

Jessica was so helpful!!! She helped me find just what I needed for my honeymoon, including a massage bar which I did not previously know they carried! So many great options.

I came into Lush trying to find the Sticky Dates soap and the worker helping me was Kylie! She was absolutely amazing and so helpful. The soap was out of stock when I went and she gave me a date and time for when they would be back in stock, she also pointed out some other options that smell similar. I came back and she was there again and even more helpful! Kylie was a superstar in recommending the right products, I left knowing I’ll be returning soon! Not to mention she did not lie about how good the soaps and scrubs are, they leave your skin sooo smooth and the smell of the soap stays on your skin! Thanks Kylie!

Lush employees at the village pointe location are always so kind and attentive in store. I do not feel pressured to buy and they give recommendations freely.

I’ve always had good experiences at Lush, but my recent visit to this one was disappointing. Unfortunately, I felt completely ignored by the staff, which has never happened before. The store’s atmosphere seemed off, and even the products didn’t have any of their usual appeal. On the bright side, I didn’t end up spending any money since I left without making a purchase for the first time ever.

Josh at Lush of Omaha in Village point was AMAZING. My friend and I stopped in just to get a bath bomb and we left with our hands full of samples of great products and we both purchased items that fit exactly what we were looking for. Promote him. He is funny, kind, knowledgeable and charismatic and deserves a raise.

My daughters and I absolutely love shopping here and we love all of their products. The bath bombs are so cute and fun and make taking a bath even better. The Barbie themed products are amazing! Their products make excellent gifts. Everything smells so good and is made fresh with quality ingredients.

I love lush so much however I’m always disappointed with this location when it comes to the staff. I moved here a year ago and have been to this location at least 6 times and every time I’m disappointed with the lack of help I received. When entering the store I’m greeted by employees sitting at the register yelling across the store. Every time I come into the store I’m never asked if I need help or anything I always have to awkwardly approach employees who are chatting having their own conversations.
