BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WHEN DOING RETURNS...Ordered a window on 5/29. Associate in store said that they could waive the delivery fee if we signed up for a credit card, otherwise it was 100.00. Got online and had a delivery fee of 60.00...
Window arrived on 5/30. One smaller built man in a box truck dumped a large patio door on my driveway and drove off. I asked him to wait 5 minutes for my husband to come and he would help to avoid damage - he did not, door frame was completely scraped up. Called Lowes and aske for it to be exchanged. They don't do that, so we had to return and reorder. It sat in my driveway blocking the use of our garage for 3 days.
Two men showed up to pick up the damaged door. We were also told that our funds would be back in our bank in 5-10 business days. It's now been 3 weeks and 3 follow up calls. FINALLY got just the cost of the door back and they STILL owe us the return on the delivery fee. If I had a contractor hired to do this work, I wouldn't rely on Lowes to have it there. This was going to be an exciting purchase, I'm over it. I just want my money back.

I like the store just fine. Have what I need and can get in and out quickly. However. The customer service blows. Ask anybody a question. They look at you like they are there just shopping a scoff. Pff.. it in Ile 12 on the left. You went right by it twice now. From now on I'll just look for it my self. And be happy I can just get what I need and get out. Need hire people that want to actually make your stor a 5 star experience. Just my opinion.

Highest price garden center of all of the hardware stores – if I'm going to pay those prices I will go to Mulhalls or Earl May. Unfortunately they are the only store left in Omaha that sells Pinebark nuggets but that will be the only thing I go there for. They also need to fire the employee named Gina. very rude to customers.

Left an item (~$60) at self checkout on accident and this store refuses to replace or refund. Moreover, I'm being told they can't access their own cameras to see what happened.
I called again next day, only to be hung up on by their customer service. The next call, the passive aggressive employee sent me to a line that just rang and rang and rang. The third call went totally unanswered. Fourth call, see picture. Still haven't talked to anyone.

Very disappointed in the policy regarding using in store credit and having to have the “cardholder” of the credit be present in order to use the in store credit. I was trying to help my elderly father (82) with some yard work and he gave the card to me to make the purchase. The cashier said no way as he needed to be present and he would need to be present even if he was on his deathbed! I then asked what if he died and the clerk said that would be up to management to decide! I think the policy is to make sure someone who’s not the credit holder isn’t using the in store credit but it seemed a bit ridiculous that I couldn’t use the credit without my father present. Anyway…it is what it is!

Three trips to this place in a couple months and three lackluster experiences. Currently waiting to pick up a grill at customer "service". Not only is Kylie abrupt and unfriendly, but when politely asking where I should wait, she snarkily pointed at a bench and said there's a bench right there! I am listening to her audibly complain about her job including the constantly ringing phone. Home Depot from here on out!! Stay away from this location if you're looking for a good experience when spending hundreds of dollars.
