I don’t have anything against Lowe’s but I am someone that prefers to shop at Home Depot. However, I will only be getting my paint here from now on. The older gentleman with glasses (I can’t believe I forgot his name) really knows his stuff when it comes to matching colors and giving advice and his customer service is incredible. I’ve never had a match come closer to his. I came in once at 8:50 when they closed at 9. 9:15 rolls around and he’s insisting he gets it exactly right for me. When he’s finally finished he says feel free to bring it back and he can make tiny adjustments if needed. I also wasn’t charged for the poor color match another associate did a week prior. It was an exact match and I was happy I didn’t have to paint the entire room again. Lowe’s also partners with Sherman Williams so they can match their colors as well as Valspar.

Went to the appliance department to see if they could deliver a dishwasher and was met with a pretty blunt and unfriendly woman who probably didn’t want to be there that day. She was very short and standoffish. Told her we live in West Point. She told us no. We told her our only other option (we thought at the time) was Menards in Fremont. She told us they don’t deliver either….(went there on our drive home just for s’s and g’s) THEY DO. Again very bluntly..almost annoyed that we asked, it seemed like we interrupted her “*****ing”session. Well, Lowe’s DOES deliver to West Point. We found that later after the fact. We didn’t realize there was a Home Depot across the street. The man there was so pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure we get our dishwasher delivered. Rather pay more and give business to a place that has employees that are actually happy to help and kind..that doesn’t just shoo people away.

Horrible experience. Fridge delivery has been delayed THREE TIMES and we have now been without a fridge for over a week. Ordered a fridge that had an original delivery date of Tuesday (1/9). Received a call that day that due to weather, the delivery would be delayed until the next day – fine, understandable. Wednesday rolls around and our delivery was scheduled from 12:30pm-4:30pm. I had been receiving updates on the truck’s location throughout the day, however come 6:30pm – still no fridge. I reached out to Lowe’s customer service and through multiple phone calls and speaking to multiple people who seemed to not know what was going on, come to find out that because we are in Lincoln, our order was “accidentally labeled” for Wednesday but in reality, the fridge never made it on the delivery truck due to Lowe’s not delivering to Lincoln on Wednesdays – we would have to wait until Saturday. At this time we were offered $250 off our order to compensate for the inconvenience. Come Saturday (1/13) our delivery was scheduled from 11am-3pm. I received a call around noon stating that our order was ONCE AGAIN DELAYED due to “cold weather”. It’s January, in Nebraska, its cold every day. The person on the phone stated that delivery would be pushed to Wednesday however, as we had previously discovered, Lowe’s does not deliver to Lincoln on Wednesday’s – something a Lowe’s delivery employee should know. Another phone call was made to Lowe’s customer service to discuss if there was any way to get the fridge delivered sooner than this coming Tuesday as at this point we have been without a fridge for over a week and have been struggling to keep insulin bottles cold, but not frozen. We have spoken to both Julia and Jen in the delivery department at Lowe’s - neither of whom have expressed great concern for the situation. We were offered 10% off our order for the ongoing inconvenience however, we were told Tuesday was the next day our fridge would be scheduled. As of now, we have been promised $550 off ($250 + 10%) and have only been refunded $213.44. It’s supposed to be cold all this week. I have little hope that Lowe’s will follow through with the delivery any time soon and will likely never order from here again given this awful experience.

Did a great job matching paint color from the chip that I brought in. Also they sell Sherwin Williams paint which has always been a favorite of mine.

Ordered a commercial dryer to be delivered on 12/27/23. It was delivered Christmas eve at 1pm. They also sent a 4 prong power cord and foil duct hose which I didn't order. My property is 3 prong. Lowe's your quality is at the bottom.

Bought a great fridge here almost half off. The store is well kept. Staff was great, especially Josh, who loaded up the fridge in our trailer and would not accept a cash tip for his help.

Very helpful in finding what you need (even though they don't carry the replacement table saw belt I needed). Very friendly, and helped give recommendations as to where I could locate the correct part.

We recently bought a washer and dryer set and Maurice from the pro desk was a huge help in getting our transaction completed in a timely manner. We have a lot of DIY home reno projects planned and will definitely be making this Lowes location our go to! ❤️

AMAZING TEAM at the PRO DESK!!! Jim and Teresa helped me on a huge project of building our deck. Jim took the time to go through parts of the design to make the project better. He helped point out things I wasn't thinking about. Like all big construction projects, things don't always go according to plan. Jim and Teresa and the Team at Lowes STOOD by us through the whole process and helped us overcome problems and issues that arose! I am a customer FOR LIFE at this store! THANK YOU!!!

I want to update the review I previously posted. Lowe’s made everything right for me. They delivered my appliances on December 6 as originally told. They also realized the refrigerator I ordered was in fact not a counter depth but a full size refrigerator. They updated the description online and ordered a counter depth for me which will not be in stock until Jan 4. I am using the one they delivered until then. They have been very attentive to be sure I am satisfied, which I am. To me, ordering 4 major appliances is a big deal and it is nice to know that Lowe’s respects that and wants their customers satisfied.

Was very easy to buy a refrigerator online (even tho we were in store) due to no actual employee being able to help check out for over 15minutes of waiting. Since purchasing, our delivery time has been changed twice. The second time our delivery window was 7:30 to 11:30. We received a phone call around 10:15 to tell us we would be rescheduled again for the next day. I talked to 4 people in the delivery/customer service area to try to get a morning time because we did have plans the next afternoon and of course that couldnt be done. Nobody actually cared about the delivery inconvenience or about trying to help us.
